Close to the airport. Clean room. Would stay again

The room is extremely large & spacious. A comfortable bed & couch, full stocked kitchen & even a closet. For the price alone you get so much! Along with great channels :) you can’t hear anything from other rooms. You can open the windows which is awesome for fresh air.
The AC isn’t in the best but it certainly try’s. Along with you only get 2 towels so I would ask for some extras when checking in.
Other than that great value & great stay.
Safe location & polite front desk. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Fine hotel, appeared as advertised, but just a few things that prevent me from giving 5 stars. On arrival we were given a room that hadn't been turned over. The front desk agent quickly reassigned us to a new room and gave me a few IHG points. Breakfast ends at 930am, but a worker was already putting food away by the time I arrived a little after 9. Check out is at noon, but our room cards stopped working within an hour before then. Would stay here again, but they should fix these easy things.

The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. This location uses dove products which I was surprised to see. There is a $100 incidental fee not mentioned at booking however the visit was pleasant.

The suite was okay. It had a kitchen with some dishes, pans to cook food on the electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, two spoons and one fork, and a full size refrigerator. There are plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast was good with the usual variety of food. There is a nice courtyard with covered areas to sit and an area to play basketball. The hotel is pet friendly so you will see dogs.
The pool was not operating properly. The water was cloudy and the water was barely coming out of the return lines from the filter. There was stuff floating on the water because it was not being drawn into the filter. Obviously the filter was clogged. An employee said the water had been tested and the correct level of chlorine was in the water. He said the water looked like that due to people's hair care products. Nice try buddy.
Overall we had a good impression of the place.

The hotel is showing its age, but it's due for refurbishment shortly, so all should be good. The rooms are comfortable, the gym is small but OK. The rear courtyard is good with a basketball net, BBQ and a fire pit for late evenings. The staff are friendly and the socials Mon-Wed are a bonus.

Nice hotel friendly front desk. Large open common area, large outdoor patio with fire pit and basketball area. This may be my new "go to" while in Columbus.

I've never been treated as well at any other hotel. The staff were ALL amazing, from the front desk to the manager (who picked me up from the airport). I decided to stay in town another night but they were full up and actually helped me get to another hotel (which wasn't near as nice!!) I really appreciated the kitchen and sitting area, the mattress was very comfortable and the bathroom was set up very well for my accessible needs. I'll definitely be looking for Staybridge I in my future travels.

Conveniently located but the property is due and overhaul supposed to start in July So I wouldn't count it out But I probably would skip July and August Before staying here

Came here for a music festival. Planned to stay for three days but ended up switching to a hotel closer to that festival - however, the noise level from the nearby airport is moderately annoying for people who aren't used to it and when I came in the room, the garbage disposal hadn't been cleaned out and it stank like trash in the room. The on-duty manager was very helpful, however, and we were able to clear everything out/get rid of the smell as best we could. Other than that, the rooms themselves are quite nice and the staff was very helpful.
