If i could give 0 stars i would. Went to Staples a month ago to get books bound. Was told it would get done with Terry and another attendant at that time. A week later I got a call from them so I called them back. They had questions about the order and I provided information and approved the price change. Went back two weeks ago and they stated the order was on hold (bc of a note from Sarah) because they wanted me to approve the order and price change. I told them I already approved it over the phone but approved it again in person. At that time, Terry was present again. They stated it will be ready soon. Today I went back to get the completed order and they stated the order was on hold (bc of a note from Sarah) because they wanted me to approve the order and price change. I asked for Terry who stated, oddly enough, that he had no idea about it. The attendant stated she would call the person who left the note, which was the same thing I was told last time. I asked for the books back so I can take my business somewhere else. This place is inefficient, unable to provide basic customer service, and lacks skills on following up. I would not recommend them at all.

Please train your cashiers on how to remove the plastic security shrouds on electronics. Standing in like for over 10 mins while she fiddled with this thing and no one responded to her calls for assistance is just ridiculous.

Staples is one of the remaining office supply stores that exist. I shop at Staples because you are able to find what you need and get it. You don't have to wait for your purchase to be delivered.

Extremely disappointed this weekend. I came in Saturday to pick up my order that I thought was complete. I received a email stating it was done and when I came in they couldn’t even find my order. How unprofessional to send a email saying my order is ready and it’s not. I drive 30 minutes to this location because of the customer service in the past. I come to the Easton location because I’ve had problems at office max. This order was for a big event and it’s a shame I had to wait and miss half of the event because my order was lost and I had to wait for it to get done. I asked for the supervisors name and she said they don’t give out names at all and if there’s a problem call back and talk to Terry. I was very nice when I asked the older women for her name and she reacted very mean. Mind you while I was waiting multiple other people came in and were told the same thin that there order can’t be found. I will be taking business elsewhere and the print department here is going down hill fast!

If I could give it 0 stars I would really give it 0 stars. I had some business cards printed and they gave me some in good condition and others in terrible condition. They were very poorly cut. When I complained, an employee told me that there was nothing we could do because it was done online. Even though they saw that it was a terrible job, they gave themselves the luxury of saying that it was my problem because I ordered it online!
when it seemed that the cards had been cut with the feet instead of the hands
I wasted my money because now I have to print others because I can't deliver this to a client.
And since they were already paid, they didn't care about solving my problem.

I want to give a shout out to Terry the general manager of this store. He went over and above to help me with the purchase of an office chair. I’m handicap and Terry went as far and bring the box out and loading it into my vehicle. He took his time with me and was very helpful getting the chair. Look up Terry if you need help while at this location.
