First I want to say about 4 years ago they were amazing..... Now my son experienced a panic attack foaming at the mouth at the age of 7 I was 30 minutes away and expressed that I wanted them to call 911 Katlyn told me she would have to call me back about the process of calling 911 I get there my son is foaming out the mouth screaming I found my son from his cries I'm yelling at them why didn't you call 911 so I'm in the process of sewing them thanks to Maria his CFI worker she helped make my decision and Joanne Engles the doctor needs to be fired

Terrible, the person they sent to my home did a no call no show 3 times. She also kept pushing to see my kid at school when she has an iep already and is taken out of the classroom enough, she also never communicated to me on a behavioral plan and I’m still stuck, it’s been 3 maybe 4 weeks since my child has seen her and she has not said anything about stopping services, this place is very unprofessional and I will never recommend them again, back to searching for a special list that can help me, because st. Vincent is not the answer. If you’re comfortable with constant call offs or no shows and not being involved with the plan this is the place for you!

Let me take you back to the end of 2012 when I was in my third foster home and my caseworker decided to put me here. I was only 8. I was surrounded by kids with serious issues. The staff members were horrible. There was one lady by the name of mrs Kim she was constantly putting her hands on us and threatening us. And Ms Paulette Jackson she got off on restraining people. Edph was a weird experience and I hated it so much. I loved my therapist I think her name was mrs brianna skidmore. Also the basement where the edph classes were held was haunted.

We love the community based services. We love that they go to schools and homes to work with kids, instead of having to take them to the office. They helped my sons behavior and he hasn't been kicked out of school since.

I went here as a kid and it was horrible they made me use the restroom on my self in the middle of the hallway restrained me very roughly when ever the guys felt the need. It’s not a place to help your children, it ruins them mentally.

Very unprofessional place, if you have a child that deals with depression, DO NOT send them here. They insulted my little brother to my mother, saying he should be locked up somewhere and that they are not equipped to handle him. No one deserves that amount of ignorance coming from people who are supposed to help children with issues.

They have a very strict attendance policy...Sick or not you better show up...During our short time there My Son got sick with covid and pink eye in which we had to cancel..That's 2 cancelations against us...The 3rd one was canceled by them and they still held it against...The stress became too much so I removed him from their program...I do not recommend them ..If they cared so much about children a call off for an illness shouldn't be held against them when they obviously need help...

(Translated by Google) After 2 weeks they answered the phone (the person who speaks Spanish) just to tell me that my son is on a waiting list of 30 children. With very bad attitude by the way, what bothers me the most is because they did not tell me from the beginning that they can not take care of my son and now!
