My sons phone was broken by apple while fixing the problem we originally went in for. They informed us at 7:50 we had to run up to T-mobile to get service on the new one. They close at 8. We walked in and worked with Matthew. Not only did he happily do this for us. He put on a screen protector for me. He was kind, he stayed late & was very awesome. They've earned my business.

Went to get my daughter a new phone, and clearly told him we did not want to pay for the overpriced protection plan when we could get apple care for a few bucks a month. A few days later we got the protection stuff in the mail. Had to call to remove it but how many people don't notice? We had a whole conversation about this with him . This wasn't misunderstanding. Everything else was fine. The limited selection of phone colors and models, and the overpriced accessories are all part of the experience. But not deliberately adding a service we declined.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. We came in with an array of asks (line changes, phone upgrade, etc) and they handled everything with ease. Rowan was the expert who helped us throughout most of our process and they were wonderful. I was only in town for the holiday, but will actually wait until I’m in this area to make any other trips to the T-Mobile store. This is the one you want to visit!

Just walked in to T-Mobile in the Polaris mall there were no other customers and there were three employees there standing around. Someone said I'll be with you in a minute. After 10 minutes I decided to leave because nobody helped me. If I were the owner I would fire them all. I was going to buy a new phone there. But if that's what I can expect for a customer service I'll go somewhere else. I actually love T-Mobile. But this store is bad.

Very argumentative store manager. Didn't want to go by what corporate had notated on my account and wanted to argue. I drove an hour away just to waste 2 hrs with Ryan who mind you, wanted to argue with us and tell us he couldn't do anything.

pos manager with the faux diamond earrings really isnt motivated by any type of sale and WILL try to raise the prices from what they say online even with corporate customer support siding with us. generally super unprofessional and highkey embarrassing

No one at either store seemed to excited about working with. Both employees said that the plan I have is the best they could do. Bull@$#& I think it's probably time to find a new carrier. It was good while it lasted ?

I went in to return the T-mobile home internet. The store representative was polite. I have had numerous issues with tmobile since the merger of sprint and tmobile happened. There are a lot of services and deals that I can not use since my account hasn't been migrated fully onto the Tmobile network. I have been back and forth with the customer service over the phone, chat, and in store, and no one is helping me out with the migration. When I spoke to the customer representative over the phone, they had asked me to go into a corporate store of Tmobile so that they could help me migrate the account, but none of them helped me. Apparently, it is a long process for them to do that, and they are lazy to initiate the process and so they keep giving unnecessary excuses to not do it. For example, once they told me that all the line on my account need to be present in the store for the migration to happen which is absolutely not possible as there are 10 lines on my account and each of them are in different states. The other representative said that all the devices need to be paid off first to complete migration, which makes absolutely no sense since Sprint is now owned by T-mobile. When I spoke to the customer care over the phone, they informed me that these are just the excuses the in store representatives are making to avoid doing the work. I am frustrated with the quality of their service. I have had enough with these guys. I loved Sprint, and their customer service was excellent, but ever since the merger happened, Tmobile doesn't seem to care about the sprint customers.
