Grateful for the thorough service, welcoming environment, and professionalism at the TMobile on S Hamilton close to Kimberley Pkwy + Eastland Mall. The staff were friendly and genuine!! They greeted everyone who walked in the door, even one another at shift change (like it seemed like a healthy and fun work environment!). i was blessed to be supported by Bri T. in the past two days i have been in a mobile store three times and on the phone with cell companies more than that, totaling at least 5 hours. i was beyond frustrated coming in the door. Bri didn’t judge, didn’t take it personally, listened with care, was solution-oriented and efficient! Thank you, Bri. Because of you i can now be connected with my loved ones and communicate as necessary with clients. Highly recommend!!

I called ahead to this store early in the day to see if they could help me add data to my iPad, and I was planning to come in around noon. I ended up coming after 5, and they remembered that I had called in and were able to assist me. Brianna did a great job and was super personable!

I've hated T-Mobile for about 7 years up until today. Because I mailed phones back and they never received them And I was charged like $500 for a phone I no longer had. I asked to take them to the store to be sure they received them and was told it wasn't optional. Ever since then I hated T-Mobile.I stopped in like I do randomly to check out the deals because everyone usually has the same deal. I figured I go there first and then head to Verizon to get the same deal. However that changed when I met Breanna. I told her how much I hated T-Mobile and I told her why. And she still helped me. She didn't try to sale me anything. I told her my screen protector was cracked and she helped me take it off. I explained that was the reason I thought I needed a new one. I also told her the storage was low and she just said that happens with all phones. And that's when I knew I was coming back to T-Mobile. Although I didn't purchase anything today. I will recommend everyone I know to go to that location to meet with her because she truly cares. Also I will be back to get the phone and the two watches for my twins in a week. But big shouts out to Breanna she's the best.

Employees refused to help me cried about closing in 5 minutes after asking me what I need help with. She was rude and acted like a child.

I came to the store on Tuesday due to not being able to receive or make calls did a warranty exchange and assumed I would get my gold color and the phone was black, but Liyah was able to assist me and I was able to keep my phone, great customer service provided, always happy when you come into a store and receive excellent service, also on Tuesday service was good. Happy get to keep my phone!!!

This location only has employees who want to sell phones, not give ANY customer service. I went in there wih a problem, asking for some help to get it resolved. I was told they were not techs and I would have to go somewhere and pay for help.

Liyah and Brianna are very Excellent workers they went over and beyond for me I would recommend for her to get some kind of incentive I been with t-mobile for 15 years just because of employees like her Thank you T-mobile. ?

Do yourself a favor and call T-Mobile's customer service line before you just walk into this location. My phone was looked at by several technicians, not one of them were able to find a solution or why I was unable to receive calls. I was told to come back 48 hrs. after a "ticket" was put in, I returned and was told nothing could still be done that a ticket actually takes 3-5 days. After a YEAR of dealing with these people I finally took it upon myself to call customer service and they fixed my issue within a hour!!! NOW SEPT. 1ST I WOKE UP WITH MY SERVICE DISCONNECTED. According to the woman on the CS line someone I spoke to on the date I went to this location put in a request to terminate a service DAYS later.

I did a warranty exchange that sounded great when offered .... the only reason I would even give them 2 and not 1 is because the initial service was great.... but after I got my phone, the customer service was subpar and they made do something i didn't need to do also . ... they took my Sprint SIM card that worked fine, talking about my phone gonna stop working if i don't change .... well i told them i deal with it when it happens, nope they wouldnt here of it ... so after all the update SIM and warranty exchange, now phone doesn't work ... the SIM won't allow my short codes to come thru, and they phone cutouts during calls where I can't hear the other person or vice versa.... don't allow them to make decisions for you, they sell you lemon when you had a limo.....
