Horrible service, every time I go in there I'm treated like some vagabond off the street. Have been with them for over 2 years and over a $30 charge they throw me to the wolves. Do not recommend the West broad Street store to nobody.

I went in there with a really d*** issue and they did not make me feel d**** They fixed it and I was able to get in and out within five minutes. Great location, clean area, would visit again.

The staff is amazing at the West Broad Street location! They were on point and very easy to work with because everyone seemed like they wanted to help. The store was clean and the people are pleasant so I highly recommend this store, the whole staff deserves a raise, and I'll always come back to T-Mobile!

T-Mobile is general is absolutely horrible. The home internet never works just keeps loading and the phone service isn’t any better. Atrocious service and embarrassing excuses they continue to make! We’re done as of 8am tomorrow March 1st 2023 2 thumbs and two big toes down!

Guys please make sure when you are paying your bill to have them print you a receipt. I was there Saturday 1/7/2023 around 4pm. I was adding a extra line but I had outstanding balance before I could add a line which I took care of at the moment but rep never gave me a receipt, T-Mobile this morning charge me for not paying . They have no record of me paying . rep made a excuse there print is not working we’ll T-Mobile I hope you have cameras at the store I’m coming for you . Trust me

Employees are really nice and polite, but they charged me $35 to get a replacement of defective hardware. It would seem reasonable that they would pay the cost of the item, but if you get a defective item, you are on the hook for it. Buyer beware.
