Went on to grab beer on a monday and the staff had locked the coolers wothout giving an explanation. Had to waste gas going somewhere else.

Just visited this speedway. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT BY STACEY AND SHEENA. I requested to have the cooler opened Stacey, she replied not till someone wants to open it!!! As she stood there doin Nothing! I then waited approximately 10 minutes as a shopped for my other items, then I proceeded to check out when the line went down and asked Sheena the same question, she rudely said no one has time to do that as she was talking on her cell phone. It was 6:15 & the cooler should have been opened. Then I went home and called at 7:06 & I asked who I was speaking with and she asked, "who dis?" I said a customer and Got hung up on. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable that I am taking my speedway gas account off my business account. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!

I stopped by Speedway to fuel my truck get some coffee there was no sugar packs for the coffee regular sugar the woman behind the counter said she was too busy to get any the receipt for the gas pump does not work 95% of the time there's never any fluid to wash the windows with

This is for the owner. Stopped 3/15/23 @ 4:15am. Bought donuts. I watched the cashier nod and smile someone out without paying for there donuts, but yet charged me for mine.

too bad I can not give a -1. My husband and I were just in the Maple Canyon Speedway at 4:15 am and received the worse service. The store clerk allowed a gentleman walk out with a Dozen Krispy Kreme donuts. Meanwhile, we are expected to pay for the 4 we got. Not at one time did she greet us or have any conversation outside of "move it closer to the glass. She never did ask if we wanted a bag, just threw the change in the metal tray and went on like I was not even bagging my own purchase. The managers should be more mindful of how their store is being ran. Disappointed customer

Scandelous, and rude. I’m never going to this Speedway again. Incident happened 3/7/2024 in the evening around 8:30. Worst experience ever!

Super frustrating, could not check out at all. I ended up leaving my stuff behind. They were all engage with someone at the counter, talking about random stuff and I couldn’t get any of them to help me.They told me it “wasn’t that serious”.

This has to be the worst place to visit. Nothing is ever stocked. First shift blames second shift, second blames third shift. I was just there an a lady come in crying saying her car was stolen from the pump. Manager while on the phone says to her”nothing I can do for you” this lady broke dow . Meanwhile waiting on me the same lady says “oh I was just calling to see what you were doing” said to me “I can’t help her” I said at least you get off the phone and try! Horrible!!!!

These gas stations are crafty, they steal money, they don't only fill the gas, ah, one of them just put in $50 and they only put in $30, that always happens to me, they should stop stealing
