I have driven across country several times and this is by far the most disgusting establishment I have stopped at. It is overpriced, and the bathrooms are so disgusting and have probably never been cleaned and the store inside and out is horrible!!!!

Very rude and disrespectful cashier. Walked in and they were talking and ignoring customers. And when I called them out the refused to service me. Am not coming back here and I hope the don’t lead to closing. This one was in a gray hoodie caramel skin. Got there at 1.50pm on a Monday 5/13/24. Especially the on on the right register.

One of the worst customer service…They told me that they do not expect government issued picture ID to buy alcohol..that I must have an ID from Ohio state so they can scan the back..that makes no sense, so you mean to tell me that even foreigners with passports can’t purchase…seems like that would lose a lot of business there. Good thing there was a sheets across the road because they had no problem taking my United States passport.

i would like to 1st start how professional everyone is at this location. from the cleanliness to the greetings/ interactions from the employees. i come to this precise location for the services as well as the people that work here. they truly make the day seem to be as great as they are. i especially would like to give a special thank you to a manager named tyra. she always gives a smile with laughter and happiness with each encounter. she also a reason why i try new products from speedway. one in particualar is a product called aloni "juicy" peach. she hasnt lead me wrong in any thing she has sugested. i definitly like to say thank you to the staff of speedway @ 821 east dublin granville rd columbus, ohio 43229 and their manager tyra.

Just went there to buy some TracFone minutes and they gave me a receipt that I could not read. They said they could not print another and they c ould not give me new number.

Employees refuse to put an out of order sign on the ladies' room. I couldn't tell from our conversation if it was actually out of order or if they just hadn't cleaned it. They insisted that all I had to do was knock and wait for an answer, then check at the cashier to see if it's open. Not everyone answers to a knock, and I know I don't appreciate repeated banging on the door when trying to finish my business.To be fair, men's room wasn't super clean, but also isn't the worst I've ever seen.

As a former employee this place is the worst speedway to go to. The management here is terrible. They hire anyone. The store is always dirty. If you want better customer service go somewhere else.

Online shows open 24 hours. But the workers close whatever time they want. 11:30pm trying to get gas.And a few days ago went to get gas worker outside smoking weed with his friends. Bad management. Owner can’t even control their staff and doesn’t care for their business or customers. Won’t be coming here anymore…
