Michelle and Bill are my absolute favorite, hardest working employees in this store. So many good changes have happened and they’re extremely dedicated to improving that store.
My fiancee and I both pass several different Speedway stores to come to this location, specifically to support Bill and Michelle.
We appreciate the friendly laughs and the above and beyond help that we always get every time we walk into their store.

I am a long-time regular customer of this gas station , to this day. I went with my daughter to get gas and I wanted to use my points. Two people who I normally see when I come to shop here were working, an American lady and a man I don't know exactly what country he is from. I asked the man about how to use my points for gasoline, come to my register and we will do it, pump number... and he tells me now choose how much ok and I get to enter your password, I ask him that's what I don't know, What password are they asking me for, he answers, I don't know what your password will be, ask your daughter if she knows, she doesn't know, I answered him, I asked him how and where I can see the password they are asking for, he answered, I don't know. Call them on the phone, I don't know, totally rude, already tired of the way the man answered me, I asked him if the lady is the manager, to see if she can help me. She was behind the counter arranging or putting things away, I approached her and asked her, are you the manager and she says yes, can you help me with something and tells me to hurry up because I'm busy! I work in customer service and this is the worst I have seen, these two people leave a lot to be desired, especially that man, I have seen him being despotic with many people, what a shame that they treat regular customers like this. The other guys that work here are very friendly but someone has to put these two people in customer service classes, the truth is that I was going to answer them, but lowering myself to their level of lack of education is not worth it. I have one in front of my work but I always preferred to go to this one, never again.

Young black man working there definitely need to be fired. He's yelling and cursing at customers today 8/25. If you're that overwhelmed you need to quit. Still giving the location 4 because their normal night shift crew are awesome

Been going to this speed way for along time. Every since the new manager took over about a month ago. I have to wait in these long line. Not sure what the issue is. But I cant wait till the new sheetz opens up.

Good place to go to get something fast . I can always depend on speedway. Stores always clean and you never hear any violence being practiced at speedway

This location has lots of issues with panhandlers, loiterers and what appears to be drug activity. I work nights and stop in for snacks and fuel after work (around 11:30 PM) and without fail every time in recent days I have people approach me asking/demanding money when I have my wallet out pumping fuel. I'm made to feel unsafe if I decline to give them cash as sometimes these people are obviously on a substance. The Store itself is pretty rundown with a walk in beer cooler that is never cold, and with dirty bathrooms. I would advise visiting the nearby speedway just further down on Sawmill or the new safer, cleaner Sheetz across the street instead of rolling the dice on your safety here.

I do not live close to here (4 hours away) but if I did, I would shop here just because of Jermaine J.!What a great experience with a great human being!I loved his positive energy and I truly hope that he sees this! The world needs more like you in the retail space and the world in general

Quick stop for gas and a beverage. Located on Bethel Road, I have used this location many times. It is a decent store with all the typical speedway convenience items and standard layout and organization. Sometimes a little difficult getting out of the lot if heading East, but there is a light at Goodwin Road that makes it easier. Employees were friendly and nice.
