Very, very unprofessional! The white female mgr was flirting uncontrollably with the male customers. The sign on the fountain drinks said Big Gulp a $1.00 it didn't specify what size. My wife gets an extra large fountain drink, the African cashier named YaYa, nor the female mgr say sorry you can have this one for a $1.00 she goes over with a marker and put an L; their attitude was like we did something wrong! Very poor customer service! I took it back and ask for a refund and YaYa goes over and pour out out the one I brought back really wasting the companies product! If I can help it I will bypass this location!

This gas station has been here for many years servicing our neighborhood. I've gone to it for at least the past 35 years of my life. I commend any business which is still in business particularly after covid. However, there are many gas stations which have free air and there was such a epidemic at some point of people. Apparently stealing the nozzles of the air pump for some reason. So when anyone was in need of air, they were in a critical situation all because air pumps throughout urban neighborhoods were non-functional.. I appreciate you having an air pump. What I don't appreciate is paying 1.50 or 1.75 the day before and the next day the price jumps to $2 because it can really present a dire situation for a person. Furthermore, the air pump is inaccurate by about 10 psi because when refill at other places I get an accurate reading on my car. However, when putting it to a set PSI on this machine, it apparently is not calibrated and gives me about 10 PSI over. So that's just some information for the community $2 for 5 minutes of air.Consider this older people. If you need to fill your tires with air, can you get around to all four tires in 5 minutes? #thedisabledhomeless.

This store is not very clean and smells horrible upon entry! Parking lot is very small making it hard to just park and walk inside without purchasing gas. The clerk was helpful but looked as if she didn't want to be there. Air pump was out of order!

Listen! The lady that works in here and wears the tiny hat? She is rude and downright ignorant. I MEAN what is her problem? This woman speaks to consumers in such an ill fashion it is unbelievable. She needs counseled or terminated immediately. I have come to find that her behaviors are routine and obviously a part of her character, which equates to what? Uh, she is not an asset or best suited for the role-PERIOD!. She is short with her responses with most consumers and this has been witnessed on multiple occasions. I am a regular and to in here near everyday. The BEST employee is 1st shift, young lady with reddish hair. She is polite, professional and tactful. She should be in management. I will provide positive feedback where warranted. The older lady in this place may need further training or let go. I went in October 11, 2022 and asked a question on behalf of another consumer who asked me a question about where to find an inventory item, I do not work here but tried to ask to assist the consumer. The older lady did not want to be at work today it appeared as she rolled her eyes and acted bothered by the question just noting all they have is hot dog containers for all their food items in the store today. Additionally, a man placed a $20.00 bill in the lottery machine and it took his money. He asked about who handles the issue and she was smart-elect and short with him. This woman is sarcastic and overwhelmingly negative. A disruption to anyone that patronizes this location's energy for sure. Intervention is needed immediately. The older lady told the man, "Well, I don't know what to tell you, leave your name and number!" The consumer replied, "I'm not from this state!" The older lady, said, "Oh well! Hold on a minute!" Child BYE!!! What? Then as I was standing in line she looks at me and points her finger stating, "Put that coffee over there!" I looked as I was not sure who she was talking to. I asked her to repeat herself and she did. The tone in her voice was demanding and out of line. First of all, who you think you are lady? Why do I need to put my coffee down by an alternate register other that yours? Talking to consumers in the manner in which she does is unacceptable!!! This woman is argumentative and not happy as an employee here, it appears. She has no customer service skill set and should not be on the front line. I educated her of course, and alerted her to not speak to me in that manner again. I further provided her insight into the fact that I am a grown woman and her actions will and won't be tolerated. I requested the store number and she refused to provide it, noting, "We don't need to know it, only the managers". It is the people at these Speedway locations that make the entire entity reputation look back. A notice to the manager at 9am will be placed as when I called, the nice young lady who works there provided me the store number and a good contact time to reach the manager. Speedway? Get this older woman who wears a gray shirt, jeans, and a tiny hat everyday off the front line immediately.

I went today to get a couple of cheeseburger roller item and they didn't have any buns. Then had the nerve to use opened loaf of bread. They're not even supposed to do that. If they didn't have buns certain roller item should've not been made That is trifling, you don't know where people's hands have been. The employee suggested that I used that loaf of bread. I laughed in his face and told him, "don't nobody want to touch that bread." If I could give this location a negative ten star rating I would. I'm never going here again, smh.
