Terrible Customer Service this Saturday night. The guy was really rude at the window. I insisted he used my number to get my rewards and started yelling at me. I asked him to cancel the order and I finished up at the James Rd location. Poor manners and Customer Service. First time there at that location. I will never go back.

Easy access to the pumps, easy to get in and out of the gas station from the road. The people that work there are always friendly and they like each other. That makes it fun to be in there. Parking is a little tight if you're just going to run in and grab something. I park in the lot next door to them if I'm just running in.

Customer service is shotty at best, there's always at least a line of 3, and there's often a panhandler by bank but out front that's handicapped, sleeps on sidewalk, doesn't even ask just demands money and to my understanding many people have tried to help snd she won't take real help. Just unsettling.

Slushee machines NEVER work. They gave slurpees and slushie deal all summer only 4 none of the machines to work or keep breaking down. Terrible marketing and a disservice to customers EVERYWHERE!

Wonder if management has awareness that two female employees closed the store early with two guys (appearing to be their friends), inside the store and doors locked while customers were waiting and trying to get gas and other items. A young lady, pregnant with green hair closed the store at 9:45pm on August 5, 2022.

Have had money disappear off my card twice happened to a friend multiple times. Also another friend was a manager who just quit told me all of that scamming is not a mistake. NO REFUnDDs???!!!! If a mistake is made THEY WILL tell you to kick rocks and call corporate and treat you like a little beotch.
