Very disappointing that speedway has changed like it has. I worked for speedway for almost 9 years, my last year was 2019. I had to leave because of my disability. Not in a million years was we ever allowed to turn business away like they are doing at the Briggs road location. I can understand the purpose of putting the window in for the safety of the employee at night. But everytime I go to speedway they close the inside down early. the inside is not supposed to be getting closed until 10pm. I go sometimes at 930pm and the door is locked. Then they tell me they are not allowed to get me a fountain drink or a coffee. Since when does speedway let their employees turn away business? It is happening all the time at this location. It's ridiculous and unprofessional. Your employees are costing you money. Somebody from corporate needs to address the issues going on at this location. I stopped coming and shopping here because there is always an issue there. i am disabled and it's hard for me to get around and I have to go out of my way to go to a speedway. This is the closest location by my house. I'm getting to the point of not wanting to even bring my business to speedway anymore.

Been shopping and getting smokes and gas here for years had a new guy workin dirty blonde big bushy beard never seen before tried to ID me even tho I clearly look my age of 35 was very rude me or my ppl wont ever spend another dollar at speedway

This location was much better five years ago.. First, they locked the doors overnight, which is frustrating to tell someone through Plexiglas to make me a large cup of coffe with two pinks, one yellow, amd couple flavored creams. Needless to say, I stopped going to this location.after 10 p.m.Today, I stopped by to use the restroom & buy cigerettes, except they no longer have public restrooms. The restroom doors were locked, so I left without buying the cigarettes.This location gets one star for having gas and one for being stocked. It lost one star for closing overnight and one star for closing restrooms.Although this location is close to my home, I will avoid it.

This location has fallen downhill. Could've atleast said "Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately closed due to short staffing." Very unprofessional. I understand if a business is short staffed, but what is the point of staying open any longer if no one is there to work? This is the 3rd week in a row and this has been going on for months! I have not been able to make a purchase for anything essential I may need (Gas, food, medicine, Ice, Etc.) It is labeled as false advertisement if you claim to be open 24 hours, but when me and fellow loyal customers (That have been going here for years) can't even pay for gas because of circumstances like this? It's a shame. No this is not the 1st time, but the 8th time this has happened even during the day for me. Either remove employees and hire more capable workers so they can accommodate to the people, or shut down because this can easily lead into a lawsuit. I don't see this place staying in business much longer if this doesn't change cause at the end of the day Speedway needs to make money and it sure seems like they don't want to do business anymore. WE'RE ON YOUR WAY TO THE CONVENIENT STORES OF SPEEDWAY! Not heading there to waste gas if it's closed, not so convenient anymore is it?

I've been going to this store for years.most of the time the cashier are friendly the store seems to be clean and everything until recently the store is either closed or only one cashier working there and the customer has to use the window which is if there is a lot of people getting gas every one has to stand in line to get food gas and drinks today I stopped in and I had to wait for the cashier to do something so I got upset and Left and went to another store I'm fed up with this store

They are constantly out of stock of so many items, if you can get in the store. They always have the inside of the store closed for customers, they need to just close this location down since they never open.

I'm at the window trying to get something from out of the gas station instead of them. Coming straight to the window. The lady holds her finger up like I got time to wait in the dark while somebody's asking me to pump my gas this place needed to be shut down.

Your cashier named Shy is extremely rude and unprofessional. We handed her a piece of trash and she had an attitude about it and made a passive aggressive remark "the trashcan is over there"... we accidentally placed our items behind your sign on the counter and she didn't see them and had an attitude about it as well when I pointed out that she didn't ring them in. We apologized for it. Thankfully we just held our tongues and walked away. Not sure why she felt the need to be so rude, especially when we were just trying to help and keep the place clean and we weren't rude at all to her. We won't tolerate that type of attitude again. Next time she will be getting cussed out.

The cheeseburgers are excellent they are really hamburger made the way it should be where all these others are lacking no soybean burgers try them I couldn't believe it
