If the option was there to give zero stars, I WOULD. Stopped by for gas this morning and asked for a certain amount on pump 5. Cashier accidentally placed my gas on pump 6, allowing someone else to use it and refused a refund and/or pump exchange. I asked to speak to a manager who turned out to be PAMELA. I explained my problem to Pamela calmly and she was very rude, and short with me. Pamela then began getting flustered with me, cursing in my face in front of other costumers, and used such foul language I feel it’s inappropriate to repeat. Terrible customer service, and just as well didn’t refund me the full amount due to attitude. Do better!

Speedway on Brown Rd in Columbus Ohio....Worst customer service by the large male employee that is. Working days I guess they think it's exceptible for male employees to be disrespectful and aggressive towards female customers.

The old man they have working there at night is so rude and he hates his job he takes it out on everyone else for coming to get a few things and then he tries to make it so uncomfortable for the customers that he is always in a bit of a situation where he is extremely difficult to deal with and I think he is too old for that job and sometimes he makes commitments about people's race and he always gets to mean to the customer's as if it's their fault that he's old as hell and he is the one who got the job and now he's just so ok with being so rude all because he hates his job. Like an old man, you are the one who wanted to be working there. I just can't believe that someone who is old as he is and knows better than to be treating paying customers all because he doesn't like to do what he is paid to do and he doesn't care about your business nor does he care for your feelings. But yet I do feel that there should be an age limit for sections that can make a person who is just trying to get gas or anything for that matter not have to go through some things to get gas or whatever they are buying. It's the old white guy who works on the 3rd shift and is just a mean person who hates his job his attitude is very disrespectful and NASTY!!

Very bad service and very snotty employees not letting me use the restroom and pretty much turned me down from using the restroom when I asked if I needed the key for the restroom and pretty much says they’re not working they’re not going to be used right now, so yeah good job with your business and very Unpolite they are very rude. Oh yeah I used to work at Speedway so I guess speedway needs to up their game because they suck. I would suggest going to a different gas station..

I was going to get some tornados. When i was going up to the register I realized they were crusty and old.Pam, who I am assuming is a manager, threw an absolute tantrum and began yelling at me because I was "wasting food and costing her money" and that I should have changed my mind before I picked them out. (They obviously should have been thrown away in the first place).This is how this employee treats customers when they change their mind. She probably shouldn't be working in customer service.

This Speedway store has to be one of their worst stores in whole country. There's always someone there begging for money, and then if you don't they wanna threaten to beat you up because you don't any extra cash for them smh. ? They only have one person at a register no matter if it's 7 AM. Before people have to go to work, and are in a hurry, or if it's 5 PM. And you just wanna go home. But what ever you do, do not go there after 9 at night, because they shut down the inside, and you have to stand outside in all types of weather and worst of all, with every kind of degenerate known to mankind, and you'll be lucky to get outta there alive. But in all of the shittyness there's one bright spot. The poor manager girl that does everything in her power to at least to make this place some type of running store. So good luck getting in and out alive. But my suggestion is to just stay away if at all possible.
