Went in with my 2 kids tonight. There’s always crackhead in/ around there. Our drink was $1.75. I handed the male working tonight a $5 and he gave me like $2 back. Super confused about that. It’s always super dirty inside.

I’m really disappointed to give this particular location a one star review. This used to be my favorite morning stop to grab a slice and a coffee. The staff used to be pleasant, the store used to be clean. The store today was filthy. The counters looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in days. The floor was disgusting. There was no hot food, not that I’d eat it from a store that filthy. I was the only person in line and it took forever to check out with the single soda I decided on after looking at the mess that was the coffee bar, because the employees were too busy playing Grabass to even look in my direction. I think you need to send all your managment from this location to Your Stringtown Rd location for a week. The lady that runs that store runs a tight ship. The two stores are night and day.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The woman employee who was working on March 22nd around 5-6 a.m. should NOT HAVE A JOB ANYMORE THERE. She was ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND HAD NO CARE ABOUT A 4 YEAR OLD WHO HAD TO USE THE BATHROOM AND SHE WOULD NOT LET US. SO I ASKED HER AFTER SHE TOLD ME BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED SO VERY RUDELY, AND WHERE DO YOU GO TO THE BATHROOM??? WE WERE TRAVELING THROUGH FROM WISCONSIN TO SOUTH CAROLINA AND HAD TO STOP FOR MY MEDICATION AND SPEEDWAY IS RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE I STOPPED AND SO THAT WAS THE ONLY BATHROOM AROUND AT THAT TIME AND THE VERY VERY VERY RUDE LADY EMPLOYEE HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD ONLY ABOUT HER SELFISH SELF. AND THAT IS WHY THIS WORLD STAYS AS IT IS BECAUSE OF RUDE UNHAPPY PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT HERSELF. I DON'T KNOW HOW ANYONE EVEN CAN PURCHASE THINGS FROM THIS GAS STATION BECAUSE EVEN STANDING IN LINE WAITING TO ASK FOR THE BATHROOM SHE WAS JUST ABSOLUTELY RUDE TO EVERY CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME AND I'M SORRY SPEEDWAY BUT NO MATTER WHERE I AM IN THE UNITED STATES PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT AND IF SPEEDWAY EMPLOYEES CAN'T HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THEN SHE SHOULDN'T WORK THERE NOR EVER HAVE A JOB IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. THERE ARE SO MANY SPEEDWAYS ALL OVER AND THEY ARE GREAT EXCEPT THIS ONE ON HIGH STREET IN OHIO. SPEEDWAY CORP SHOULD TERMINATE HER FOR HER VERY RUDE DEMINOR AND HOW SHE TREATS HER CUSTOMERS EVEN IF WE ARE ASKING TO USE THE BATHROOM. SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE NOR BE AROUND PEOPLE IF THAT IS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE PASSING THROUGH AND IT'S A GAS STATION WHICH IS ALSO CALLED A CONVENIENT STORE BECAUSE IT'S CONVENIENT FOR CUSTOMERS AND TO USE THE RESTROOMS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT PEOPLE DO THEY GO TO THE BATHROOM. I DON'T CARE WHERE I'M AT IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AS A HUMAN BEING YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE PUBLIC CONVENIENT STORE BATHROOMS WHEN NEEDED. SO WHOEVER THAT LADIES BOSS IS WHO WAS WORKING THE EARLY MORNING OF FRIDAY MARCH 22ND NEEDS TO FIRE HER OR HAVE A GOOD TALKING TOO ABOUT HER AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND MAYBE TO SMILE MORE BECAUSE THAT IS HER JOB AND IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE PEOPLE FIND A DIFFERENT JOB AND BE AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS. SPREAD THE LOVE ALL AROUND AND DON'T BE SO DAMN RUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT ARE PAYING MONEY TO SPEEDWAY NOT TO YOU THE EMPLOYEE. IT LITERALLY IS YOUR JOB LADY TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT YOU CHOOSE FOR A JOB SO TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED OR QUIT THAT JOB BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT IT OR TRY HARDER TO NOT BE A MEAN KAREN AND ACTUALLY LIKE YOUR JOB BECAUSE YOU COULD BE THE DIFFERENCE THIS WORLD NEEDS. SPEEDWAY YOU NEED TO REALLY FOCUS ON YOUR EMPLOYEES AND HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND PEOPLE PASSING THROUGH AND DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD JUST TREAT CUSTOMERS BETTER EVEN IF IT'S IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD IT JUST DOESN'T MATTER. NO MATTER WHERE ANYONE IS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE TREATED RIGHT ESPECIALLY FROM EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WORKING. PLEASE SPEEDWAY LOOK INTO THIS MORE AND ADDRESS YOUR EMPLOYEE THERE BECAUSE SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE TALKED TO ABOUT HOW SHE TREATS PEOPLE AND CUSTOMERS AND MAYBE SHE WOULD BE TREATED DIFFERENT. THANK YOU FOR ADDRESSING THIS AWFUL SITUATION SPEEDWAY.
AFTER READING THE POSTS BEFORE MINE I HAVE TO SAY THIS SPEEDWAY SHOULD JUST BE CLOSED PERIOD. THEY HAVE SO MANY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS AND I BATHROOM ISSUES JUST DON'T STOP. TELLING PAYING CUSTOMERS THEY CAN'T USE IT BATHROOM AND THAT IS UNREAL AND SICK. SEEMS AS IF THERE HAS BEEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SPEEDWAY AND NOBODY IS ADDRESSING THE SITUATION AT HAND.
WHOEVER IS JUST PASSING THROUGH PLEASE DON'T STOP AND GIVE ANY OF YOUR MONEY TO THIS LOCATION. THIS SPEEDWAY SHOULD JUST BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL THEY CAN GET SOMEONE IN THERE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT OTHERS AND THEIR NEEDS AND WANTS BECAUSE THAT IS THEIR JOBS.
DO NOT STOP OR GO HERE PURELY SAD. SHOULD BE TORN DOWN.

This store, spanning from one end of the city to the other, employs a predatory pricing strategy that seems to prioritize undermining competitors over fair competition. Alongside this questionable pricing approach, the customer service here leaves much to be desired, with staff exhibiting a demanding and discourteous demeanor. Furthermore, their attempts to offer promotions and discounts are consistently hindered by persistent technical difficulties, leaving customers unable to benefit from the promised savings and ultimately forced to pay the full retail price. This combination of predatory pricing, poor customer service, and unreliable promotions creates an overall frustrating and unsatisfactory shopping experience for its patrons

Hi I am black person who never had a problem with the staff, always had a good experience, they treat me like a million dollars, I always use food stamps and little money and they still treat like somebody special, But they work the night shift and that shift ain't for sissies, especially when they are women, that's why I get my stuff and chat while they r bagging it up ,say tyvm with a ☺ smile and leave, I love them. And so this is 2 months later,, 15 minutes ago I asked to use the bathroom,, I am a paying customer who loves coming to speedway and have a speedway card.. but I refuse to buy anything here gas ,food, coffee.. it's pretty bad you can't even use the bathroom @ 7 am ,, she locks them @ 10pm this is the worst speedway,, always dirty buy the coffee and food machines,, The homeless can bag up the food and eat for free but a paying customer can't even use the bathroom June 21/2023 @7 am..
