Worst store ever... Neverending waiting list. Why can't they increase number of customer service person's here. Is they can't improve the customer service better to close spectrum company. Worst at handing waiting list

They told me to go drop off this modem at the spectrum store,I got the to drop it off, they told me I had to sign in and wait on someone.
I told them it was all packaged up and ready to go. The woman at the front told me if I just drop it off and don't wait in line they might not credit my account.
They threatened to 'punish' me by not crediting my account if I did what they told me to do on the phone. Long story short, employees here are probably over worked and under appreciated, they took my package, and credited my account same day. There was just friction where there didn't need to be, but such is the holidays these days I 'spose.

Very diappointed, i wanted to drop off equipment sent to my house in error. They told me i would have to wait 40 min. I left the store and went a UPS store.

Would not recommend if you don’t have an appointment. We came and were 7th in line. We waited an hour and finally gave up. We made an appointment for the following weekend. Still had to wait 15 minutes to get help. All we needed to was just drop off equipment.

I am here to drop off a modem. I have been here for an hour. When I arrived there were 4 people in front of me. There are now 2 people in front of me. There are 4 registers. There are, at any given moment, customers at 1 or maybe 2 of them.

Outrageously long wait time. Dropping off equipment should be a 5 minute ordeal yet I've got to wait 1 hour.

Just trying to drop off router after I already spent 1 hour on phone canceling service. Had to sign in and wait over an hour just to drop off equipment. terrible system.

This place is extremely slow. I think what makes it even more agitating is the fact that the staff moves in slow motion. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Spectrum may have a long winded procedure in place that needs to be shortened. I used to work in retail, and we moved with a certain tempo to quickly service customers. The gentleman I dealt with is saving them from 1 star. He was polite and professional.

I don’t normally put bad reviews as I know people are busy serving customers. But when I’m in the store waiting to just return an equipment and I see service personnel just standing there not helping customers waiting that’s not good customer service. I saw one guy call out a name on the list, although the person was not present, he should have gone to the next person on th list, instead he walked back in the back room not to be seen again for another 15 mins.
Someone needs to reevaluate how they triage customers. Maybe assign one person just doing the device returns and the rest helping with instore customers.
Update: I left the store after a 30minute wait, went to the UPS store. It took me 2minutes, out and done with receipt.

Can we just talk about spectrum as a unit! They suck! The customer service is always poor, they lie to you to ensure they can bill you more. I’ve literally get told different things every time I call. I’m done with spectrum.
