I was at a dinner party at my friends house, and he offered us these cylindrical candies with the printing: "Classic Coconut Candies". Popped one in my mouth, and holy shabowwwwww AMAZING!! A subtle creamy coconut taste that was abrupt or overly sugarfied. Basically, Candy Land, 21st century style. These Nepali candies are so fluffin good, I inquired where these bad boys came from, and he told me about this small market (one of his go-to Nepali groceries in central Ohio). Stephen also mentioned this market makes Nepali dishes via the small kitchen in the back of the store. The kind gentlemen working the market when I stopped in we're both happy to take me straight to the above mentioned candies, and confirmed about the to-go ordering they have in the back of house; super helpful and polite guys - I was most definitely be retuning to try their momos, maybe something else new to my tastebuds. If anything, I'll definitely be retuning for continued restocking of these coconut candies!
