I had my appointment rescheduled twice by office. Appointment waits are 6 weeks at least. When I went in on Friday at 445 for my appointment to my surprise they were closed. Weird because I didn't get a call. The cleaning guy opened door and said that office was closed. He asked me if I was sure about my appointment. I showed him my confirmation and he was like yep that's now. I will find a need doctor. These exams are to important for this to happen.

After two decades of getting my mammograms at a local hospital's women's center, I was shocked to find they weren't in-network with my insurance this year. I immediately had a feeling of dread because I was always so comfortable there. I began to search for an alternative and landed on Solis. WOW! From my first interaction with them to confirm they were in-network through receiving my results, they were FANTASTIC. Upon arriving, I was welcomed in by the friendly front desk team and immediately felt at ease. The facility is lovely, the wait was no more than a few minutes, and everyone there was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Oh, and the warm robes were a bonus! The test itself was a breeze, and within 24 hours, I received the results via secure email. I'll be happy to return to Solis again and again! I highly recommend them!

I have gone to Solis for almost 10 years and this last mammogram has ruined my perception. Because of my history, receiving a mammogram is an anxiety producing event. This year they up sold me to get that heart exam and I agreed and paid for it. I realize that I was going to receive two emails giving me my results; I only received one which was for the AI heart exam. I called to inquire about my mammogram results and I was told to check my junk mail (which I did and I was emphatic that I had not received it). The representative was at a loss on how to help me. She was getting frustrated which I understand because I was also getting frustrated. All I wanted was for them to resend me the email. I was not asking for them to give me the results over the phone and it ended up being a very poor customer service experience , ultimately I was told I had to call my doctor to get my results and wait two weeks to receive my results in the mail which I think is ridiculous . Obviously, there’s some glitch with receiving results. If you also sign up for the heart exam, Solis needs to figure out how to make the main thing the main thing and deliver on expectations. If the additional product is creating a problem, find a way to serve the client and remove it! I see other reviews where the same thing happened, I would expect customer service to have a better response to the problem. I came for a breast exam I want my breast exam results and not a bunch of extras. I still don’t have my results and am so frustrated. I will not return next year.

I have been to Solis three times so far, and usually I have had exceptional service. The experience has been pleasant, the technicians are great, and my mammogram results are emailed to me within 24 hours. However, this time, when my results counted, they dropped the ball.
This time, I had the mammo heart test in addition to the mammogram. I was told I should have the mammogram results in 24-48 hours, but the mammo heart results take several days.
So at 24 hours, I got results, but they were the mammo heart results. I was happy to have them so quickly, but I did not get the mammogram results which was odd. So I waited the 48 hours and still nothing. Now I get concerned, so I call Solis and ask if there is a problem, and they confirm that there is an abnormality, and I need additional testing. But I still have not received my results, nor do they know what additional testing I need even though they likely will be the facility doing it. So it is close to the end of day on Friday, I have no answers, they are closed over the weekend, I have no additional testing scheduled, and I know there is an abnormality. I was told someone would call me, but that has not happened. So do I have peace of mind? Definitely not!

I highly recommend Solis for mammograms and bone density testing. I have been one of their clients for years. Wonderful friendly team members.

Convenient and very helpful screenings. I was initially referred to Solis by my physician and I have continued to return each year from my screening mammograms.

This facility is amazing! Over the years, I am impressed every time with how efficient they are. I am in and out so quickly. Never have to wait. They are knowledgeable and kind. Results are fast. This team should be proud. Great job!

After using Solis in a different city, I sought care at the Bethal location. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The appointment was timely and the staff were very warm. This location is very nice, convenient, and clean. Will absolutely continue yearly exams here.

Warm robes! Mine was a bit too small, though. I'll know for next time. My tech was sweet, efficient and sensitive to any discomfort. My only complaint would be that the online scheduling wouldn't allow me to set an bone density test for right after my mammogram.
