Usually the customer service is superb not sure what has been going on the last few times I went in everyone just stares at you and no one speaks or offers help. I get that work can sometimes be overwhelming but kindness is the key. The selection and value of product was nice,but the customer service was horrible which made me not want to buy anything. I was even looked over and a couple that came in behind me got help before me and at that point I just left. When the owner is in store he is attentive with customers and very down to earth.

Got some mids here. They were priced retail. Lady helped me out and was super nice. They had the cement grey air Jordan 1 for a really good price. I have to cop those next time ?

Ordered shoes online as a gift in difficult size to find for pick up and were ready in a day. Pick up was easy. Communication that the order was ready was easy to receive and find again. Staff was great. Selection in store was awesome. Hardest thing is parking but there are garages and meters so would not deter me from going back.

Such a dope little shoe store! I like them because they always carry at least a few styles from Vans Vault, shoes that you can only find in specialty stores.. Usually Vans Collab shoes are limited, and they carry the most popular ones here, along with all the Vans classics. They usually have a great selection of Jordans also.. Great Nike selection. Basically, they got the best of the newest shoes, and they offer some unique or rare styles that you won't find at the mall or the chain shoe stores. I usually shop on their website, but they have a physical location as well, in the Short North. I definitely recommend checking them out!

Been meaning to write this review since Saturday. Came from Fort Wayne Indiana for the Future concert and my birthday. Went to Polaris and didn’t see what I was looking for (Saks) was told to go to Easton asked by the time we got there Saks closed a 6 it was literally 6:03…looked around and still no luck in the mall. When asked someone local about Dope stores high end fashion “Sole Classics” was what we were told. Looked it up and seen it was literally 5 minutes from our hotel. They closed at 8 we were told. Got there at 7:30 & literally didn’t leave until 2 hours later. When I tell you the customer service alone was a 10/10!!! They helped with everything me and my boyfriend find something to wear when all else failed us! BUT WHEN I TELL YOU THEY HAVE THE DOPEST APPAREL!!! I tell you we spent $1700! There were 3 gentlemen that helped us but on the receipt only says CLAUDE B… I definitely recommend you check out whenever you’re in Columbus. I downloaded the app but I’d definitely like to revisit! Bought an item back on 02/24/2023 item still hasn't been shipped. Talked to several associates at the store they are still give me the run around about my item. I have asked for a refund still no refund.. online ordering if this store it's a scam do not shop online if you don't want your item and not be refunded your money. Also is you like to go all world and still not get your order yes still is the store for you

Purchased many shoes through the years with them. Had issues with their online raffle contest on a release along with others having the same issue. Made a comment on their IG saying they need a new software guy and end up getting blocked ???. Guess I will never spend another dollar with them again ??? #badforbusiness
