What a great first experience! Vicki was super nice and knowledgeable about proper care for my very vintage luxury bag! She gave tips and tricks to help me care and transform it into something that would suit me! I really appreciated the pick up in store option while shopping online. I will definitely be back to shop again! 10/10 recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Vicki is great to work with! The shop has a beautiful selection of designer items that are in great quality. Being local, it was convenient to pop in the shop and look myself, but I started online. Based on what I saw online, everything was as expected when in person, which is always a reassuring feeling. I definitely recommend SoHo Luxury Exchange!

So glad I found this boutique! I am not local to the area but stumbled across the site in search for a pre loved Louis Vuitton neverfull mm specifically monogram and made in France. I have a Damier ebene neverfull and wanted to grow my collection. With the crazy price increases at LV I decided to search for pre loved. Soho helped me feel comfortable purchasing a pre loved item that I couldn’t physically touch or see. Vicki sent me videos and photos of the handbag and answered all of my questions. Shipping time was super fast! The box arrived kinda beat up (during the shipping process) but the bag arrived in the exact condition as described and portrayed in the pics and videos. I am so happy with overall experience and customer service I cannot wait to wear this bag and shop again with SoHo Luxury Exchange!

Vicki was amazing to work with. I had a wonderful time browsing in the store, thought about the item I wanted, and then came back later to finish the purchase. The item was not what I expected, I thought the belt was medium size but ended up being too skinny for me to wear, it's definitely intended for women. I would've exchanged it for a wider one but unfortunately you guys don't have that option, nor do you have a return option. So I'm stuck with an almost $500 belt that I can't wear. The measurements were wrong unfortunately. The original box was cool to have though I guess. item came fast, so I can say shipping was great, it wasn't protected at all, but it wasn't crushed or anything when I received it. All in all, if the belt would've been the size I was expecting this would be a 5 star rating, hell even if it was wrong and they at least let me exchange for a different belt, this would've been a 5 star experience. I understand no returns, but at least an exchange or store credit should be offered. This will be the last time I shop here unfortunately.

I have shopped here twice online and each time has been a great experience. Vicki is super accommodating when I asked her to wait to ship my package the first time and helped get my order through the second time. I look forward to purchasing in the future. One thing I hope they will integrate into the online shop is a section for which pieces have their original boxes as I like to collect these as well!

Absolutely love this shop! The owner is so kind and friendly and has many beautiful bags, wallets, and other designer items from luxury brands that are difficult to find in Columbus, Ohio. Her selection rivals all second hand stores in town, and many items are brand new. The consignment and purchase process is very simple and easy to complete. Not only can you shop the bags online, but you can sell your bags online as well and fill out a form and if she is interested she will let you know the next steps for consignment or purchase. Definitely recommend if you are looking to buy luxury goods or sell the ones you have!
