This is my go to dry cleaner from this day forward. The customer service is great and so is the quality of the work. The turn around time is remarkable. They were able to clean and alter a ball gown in just a few days and the rates are very reasonable. It's hard to find quality service and good customer service in 2024. I highly value these things and they nailed it.

I gave this cleaners a low rating because of the simple fact I was charged a check out fee. The lady who took my payment could have simple told me that there is an extra charge instead of being awkwardly silent about it and not giving me a receipt after paying. If I am told a certain price that is the price that I expect to pay no matter how low the cost maybe.

Exceptional Cleaner, honest owner, and competitive pricing. Best cleaner in town. Doesn't ruin your buttons and clothes like some others (e.g. Swan). I would recommend them to anyone. A++++
