This place is awsome and are all over town but you just don't realize it. It might be a door at the end of an old Kmart store. You just call the # and the part is at the location you need quickly. The customer service person will tell you where the parts pick up is..The cost is very affordable. I bought a new starter for a volvo for under $130. The parts are not cheap generic parts either. Alot of name brand parts. Highly recommend this place for cost effective parts.

They sold me the new alternator for Honda Accord 2014 lx, it went bad within 3 days.... I called them they said they do not have the parts at store and have to wait two days to get it.....again I have to call the mechanic to replace the part.....not a good experience at all...,,,

If you want someone to look up parts here don't even ask they'll give you a to there call center . I went up front to O'Reilly's and spent 140 on a battery after tax . This is sad for me to say since I used to work for Smythe for 9 years . When I worked there someone came in I would help them and so would Jim Smythe . I've been to the other locations this is the first time I've doubt with this .

This place is really good with having parts. I should give them another star but there customers service and there process to get a part is very special in its own way. Say u need a part and you drive by. Pull up and go in and say i would like a spark plug... no some oil. They want you to call customers service to have them put a ticket in just to get the work there to get you some oil. This goes for anything in thers stock. Thats just crazy but they have alot of parts!
