I’ve never been treated so rudely at a salon before. I asked a simple question, and the woman working glared at me and then rudely responded. I did nothing to warrant such a response. I will never come to this location to get my hair done.

Making an appointment was difficult. My friend and I wanted to come together. Online there were no openings for Friday, but on Wednesday afternoon there were plenty. In the time it took me to make one there were suddenly no other openings. My friend told me to go anyway. When she asked for a Friday appointment at the salon there were suddenly plenty of openings.Chi wasn’t friendly at all. She only spoke to me to give me directions. I asked for assistance transferring from my wheelchair to the chair for washing my hair. When she was done, Chi told me which chair I should go to for the hair cut and disappeared. I almost fell transferring into that chair. When she returned she gave me instructions how to sit and hold my head, but otherwise didn’t speak to me. I guess friendliness is extra. I had doubts about the cleanliness of the combs, but when she dropped one, she went to another room to get a replacement.The haircut was what you’d expect in a low budget place, it was okay, but nothing to get excited about. Drying and styling would have cost me another $40. I was getting a pixie cut so I opted not to get it. Shampoo and hair cut were $26. It’s hard to get prices online. Basically you start with shampoo and cut and everything else is an expensive add on.

Girl working at this location with piercing on mouth is rude and has no customer service skills . She frowns from start to finish of appointment and is not helpful in any way . My hair was supposed to be blow dried but it still hasn’t dried and I am told I am done .

I wouldnt give no stars if i could i Scheduled an online appointment for my daughter today 6/3/2023 for her prek graduation Monday. I don't live on this side of town rushed here and was early and told them I SCHEDULED an appointment online. The person was kind of rude ans told me I would just have to reschedule cause she wasn't gonna finish the person there. Don't advise anyone to go here I sure won't be back. If you have an online system proper thing to do is give a person a notice of cancelation.

Hours say open till 7:00pm p.m., unfortunately I needed a last-minute haircut on a Saturday and they were one of the only ones posted open, so I floored it 15 miles got there at 6:45pm, and despite the fact that I was the only one there I asked the hair stylist if they had time for one more and they said no sorry, guess I picked the wrong one to rush to, oh well won't be back

I made a appointment and drove here. When I got on the girl working was very rude and couldn't do my hair. She lost money today. I will never come back here again.

I was there less than 10 days ago got my hair Dyed Ash Brown highlighted a Auburn and the dead ends cut off I come out with don't know what color hair don't know what color highlights because there isn't any and what is there is just on the scalp I still had hair dye all over me didn't even come off and still have my gray hair that cost $180 and of course you can't complain with the managers one doing your hair what are you supposed to do be out $180 my hair was down to the middle of my back it's up to my shoulders now this is ridiculous I don't recommend them at all I'll never go again. If and when I can I will post the pictures. I dont know how.
