My partner and I went into Sleep Outfitters purely to test out types and firmness of mattresses, having done a bunch of online scouting. Toni was so patient and helpful and didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want-- she helped us find such an incredible deal and let us test out products for as long as we wanted, to the point that we ended up purchasing from her! So grateful to Toni for her incredible skill and patience, it made for such a calm and comfortable shopping experience.

Sushant was FANTASTIC. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and and made the mattress shopping process as pleasant as possible! We were making our first king size purchase and were thinking about going to Mattress Firm first but am so glad we didn’t. The consultative and intimate process was something I doubt we would’ve gotten there. We came in thinking we wanted a hybrid mattress and ended up buying a traditional. So glad we had Sushant’s assistance. Would highly recommend!

We decided to go the Lennox store and we were impressed. Owen was our specialist and he was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. What I really liked was his sincerity—he didn’t try to upsell us and he threw in lots of freebies! Would highly recommend Sleep Outfitters Lennox!

I had such a great experience here! I had been shopping for a mattress online and wasn't feeling good about anything I was finding or the delivery options so I stopped into Sleep Outfitters randomly one day and I'm so glad I did! The salespeople were so friendly and helpful and not pushy and I found a mattress that I'm really excited about at a price that feels really reasonable (they have a wide range!) and included a box spring! The whole process was so easy and they were able to schedule the delivery for my moving date which is SO convenient! You should definitely shop here for your next mattress, there are great mattress options and the customer service was fantastic, and I feel confident that if there are any issues with the mattress in the future it will be easy and not annoying to get them resolved!
