Moving from Minnesota to Columbus and the first night in the new apartment the air mattress popped. We got a hotel and the next day Toni got us set up with everything we needed for a new bed and she made the experience so easy! We bought the bed and it was delivered next day! We were so pleased the experience from purchase through delivery!

Toni and Derek made our mattress-buying experience a great one! The store itself is clean, tidy, and relaxing. You can easily get comfy as you test out the beds. Toni was incredibly knowledgeable and debunked some mattress myths for us. Derek helped us finalize our purchase which arrived yesterday. The delivery folks were kind, helpful, and prompt. We’re thrilled with our new bed!

Went to the location in Lennox Plaza. Both Toni and Derek were remarkable. Incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and informative individuals. Spent a few days shopping around for mattresses and this was by far the best experience! Worth it alone to hear their advice on how to better your sleep!

I recently had a fantastic experience thanks to Derek. He provided an outstanding consultation for me and my girlfriend, demonstrating thoughtfulness, genuineness, and support throughout the process. His expertise and personalized approach made us feel valued and confident in choosing our bed. Additionally, Derek is incredibly accommodating, especially for those on the spectrum or with sensitivity issues, offering adjustments like dimming the lights and turning off the music. Derek and this location are among the best for mattress shopping. Highly recommend!

Excellent store and a very personal experience, with no hard upsell! Toni helped us, starting with a great set of questions to figure out what we were looking for, our budget, and ensure comfort for both me and my wife, while also helping us take advantage of the Memorial Day sales. She was very nice, showed us a few options, and we left very comfortable with our choice, and confident that we will be happy for years to come.
I really appreciated that she seemed more focused on making sure we left happy with a good mattress than trying to upsell us into higher end ones.
