Fantastic experience at Sleep Number , Polaris Parkway Columbus, with Andrew!
We recently purchased a mattress at Sleep Number — our first new one in years — and it was honestly a little awkward trying so many different mattresses to figure out what we liked. After visiting a few other companies, we decided to go to Sleep Number, and we’re so glad we did.
As soon as we walked in, Andrew greeted us and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted in terms of comfort and firmness. He didn’t rush us, gave us a few options, and helped us pick the best fit for our needs and preferences.
The whole process felt friendly and personalized, and we left feeling confident in our purchase. We’d highly recommend Sleep Number — especially if you get to work with someone like Andrew!

This is our second Sleep Number bed. Not a thing wrong with our 29 year old one, but thought we deserved a new updated one. Can’t wait to play with all the new features!

We walked in and were greeted by Maura. We already had an idea of what bed we were looking at so she took us over, had us lay down, helped us find our sleep number range and answered all of our questions!! She was fantastic and very relatable!

Wonderful staff. Great experience. Messoud Dek was our sales floor expert. His no pressure approach was a welcome relief. At no time during our visit did he try to up sell us. I asked questions and he answered them. The answers to some of our questions enabled us to make the best choice for us. I’m excited to receive our new bed in the next few days and hopefully find a new level of sleep nirvana that I’ve been lacking for years. Thank you guys! Any issues I have in the future will be with the manufacturer and not the staff. I’m glad to know that I will have kind and courteous staff that I can return to in a brick and mortar location if I do need help. You can’t get that support if you just order online. I’m glad we went and experienced the many options before purchasing. It had a drastic effect on what we ended up purchasing. Good luck with your journey into the sleep number store. I hope that you have a great experience like I did.
