The food is always good and the employees are always friendly and make you feel like they're glad ur there. They also come around to see if u would like a refill. I drive from Mt. Vernon bc I love it so much!

We bought a bed in 2021 and it was fine. Then it stopped working on my side. My husband tried to work with their IT support and they couldn't fix it. They won't come to the house to fix it without us paying $200. I refuse to pay $200 to be able to sleep on my mattress. So now I have to sleep in another room. I am so mad. I won't buy a bed that requires IT support to sleep in it ever again. Back to real mattresses! When my husband tried calling the store 3 times they didn't answer and although he left messages they didn't call back. So poor customer support from the store and the IT support.

I have a sleep number bed about 10 years old. I have been told by a couple sales people... The beds will last a long time. Someone has had one for 25 years. It's great. Except the remote is brokenI spoke with a sales person who referred me to customer service. Customer service took my $60 and "ordered" me new one more than a month ago. Nothing. Tried to call customer service twice. One was a 2 hour wait so press one and will call back. Nothing. Call again. "Our system is down. Will call you back. ." Nothing. Went to store. Salesman sent a n email to multi store manager. "Will take a couple hours. Will call you back. I promise."Nothing. They love to sell but then the service is HORRIBLE. I guess I triple dog dare someone to call meAfter posting this review, I got a call with promises. Again ... Nothing. Customer service is non existent. Spend your money elsewhere.

The salesman was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. My bed was to be delivered on Saturday September 10 between 3-6. I received a call at 9AM saying my bed will be delivered on time. At 4PM I received a text saying my delivery will be delayed until September 21. No one offered any further assistance on how they could make this right. After reading other reviews the delivery process seems to be a problem. So I just canceled the entire order.

Store staff was ok except they failed to mention that if you order a bed you have a good chance of not receiving it or if you do receive it it could be several months after you order. They will cancle ur delivery multiple times without telling you and give excuses and just push you to the back of the line like you don't matter .

Customer service on the phone was horrible they talk down to you an takes over an hr on hold to get ahold of anyone

We recently purchased a sleep number bed hoping it would fit our individual needs. Unfortunately the bed did not fit our needs, and all I have had is pain since we purchased the bed. I specifically asked our sales consultant would we be able to return the mattress and adjustable base. I was told yes and now when I call to return the bed I am told no. So now I am stuck with a glorified base that I don’t even need. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service that I received. In addition to having to even spend more money to get a good night sleep. If your thinking about purchasing this bed don’t!

Good showroom and service. Alex gave a thorough demonstration of the beds. I did the bed IQ test to find my perfect number. Ended up purchasing and financing you can pay it off anytime in 24 months. The financing part took about 2 minutes. The delivery will be in 10 days. That was the only part I didn't like because I could have set it up myself and save the $199 delivery fee. I actually thought about not getting the bed because of that reason. Sleep number should let you do it yourself especially since all I was getting was the mattress.

We went in to Sleep Number with very little expectations as shopping for a mattress was very new to us. Dustin made the experience completely hassle free, he was knowledgeable and knew about the product inside and out. Not too mention, the entire staff was child friendly as we had to bring our two year old, which sometimes can prove to add difficulty to any large shopping experience. Dustin and his team had a child’s area and did their best to interact with him / keep him busy while we tried the different mattresses. We purchased the Sleep Number P6 Split King and cannot wait to have it delivered! Thank you Dustin for the wonderful experience and for making this process not only smooth, but fun.

We were confronted at the door about masks. My husband put his on and the salesman asked about mine. I CANNOT WEAR A MASK! He asked if I had a dr note and preceded i n telling us we couldn’t enter without a mask for any reason! Well you lost our business sleep number. Very rude! I understand the rules and policies but there are two dudes to this mask debate. Some can’t physically wear one and it’s not up to you to question and argue their reason. Respect that they can’t and hope they aren’t doing it out of disrespect
