Sleep Number personnel were courteous, patient, and knowledgeable about their various products as we were looking to purchase something we needed to address a problem with a part of a Sleep Number bed which we purchased 2 decades ago. They did not try to get us to purchase an entire new bed/system when the issue we needed to address related to only a part of the entire bed/system.

*BUYER BEWARE*. Store failed to mention that within the 100 day free trial that if you are unsatisfied that they will charge a $250 fee for *MATRES ONLY* pickup and the base is not included meaning that the base is part of the final sale. So while you want to return the bed your stuck with the $1200 dollar base.

A fairly pressured experience to buy many additional items which I ended up retuning all off. The bed itself is absolutely not worth the substantial cost, is already malfunctioning after less than one month, has not improved my sleep or back pain, and if it were possible to return, I would. King c2 mattress and Flexfit 2 smart base

Todd is amazing, very attentive to your needs and goes the extra mile to take care of you. I really enjoyed the experience he gave my wife and I with the actual demonstration of the beds. Will definitely send people to this store to receive the same experience we did.

My wife and I had a great in-store experience! Gregg welcomed us to the store and did a fantastic job assisting us. He took time to learn about our sleep habits before making suggestions on which mattress might work best for us. We tested almost every mattress in the store, and he clearly explained their differences. The one we purchased is very comfortable, and my wife is no longer having back pain each morning, as she did with our previous bed.

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a bed several months ago the original process went smooth, it was supposed to be deferred interest for 12 months. I got my first bill it had interest on it Todd contacted corporate and got everything handled and then said 1-2 billing cycles everything should be resolved. It now has been an additional 2 billing cycles and I’m still receiving interest on this supposed 12 months deferred interest. I’ve been a long time sleep number customer and this experience is making me question if I want to switch companies for now on. I am also going to be filing a complaint with the BBB. I tried to get help from the store manager and she just kept referring me to corporate saying there is nothing they can do. I feel lied to and hurt that a company I trusted has treated me this way and gave me such a run around. I genuinely believe Todd has been as helpful as he could but the store manager Rachel didn’t seem to care about the situation.
