I have a new Simonton bay window that is fantastic. The first one failed and Simonton replaced it with a better, upgraded unit. The company really stands behind thier products. You can't go wrong with Simonton replacement windows

After many phone calls they backed up their warranty and replaced a Bay window that was 10 years old but leaked badly.. Now thats a warrenty!!
