“I needed to get some obituary bookmarks printed for my grandfather's memorial this weekend. My grandma is very particular and was very worried that we wouldn't get what she wanted in time. I went to FedEx with a couple versions of the bookmark to get printed to show her. Codi helped me and she was fantastic!! She was quick, thorough and we got exactly what we wanted. My grandma was so thrilled, she said that it was the good news she needed during these trying times. “W-A-S a super bad place, but it looks like the owners are now taking care of it. The new lady manager (or owner?) seems to know exactly what she’s doing and is taking feedback into account. Yes, it takes time, but it looks like the place is being revamped with the goal of serving the local customers and the community!
I’m very glad to see such a change in less than 3 months, and I believe this place will be thriving soon!

“This FedEx is absolutely amazing. I, being an idiot, packaged the plating phone to return back to the manufacturer. Called them and explained what happened, they pulled the package and said to hurry as the truck was leaving at 5 and we had called at 4:42. Got there and made the swap. These people are great and deserve a raise!”

“This review is late, I am sorry I was busy traveling during this interaction and meant to do so, but I just saw the receipt and remembered I wanted to write a review. Traveling from Florida to Ohio to West Virginia for a celebration of life and needed to get some things printed last minute. Chuan first helped me while I was still in Florida over the phone and then I arrived unannounced and Chuan saved the day by getting all of my materials printed in an expedient matter and we were able to pass them out at the Celebration of Life. I do not need printing services on a regular basis so I was unfamiliar with all the procedures and the how-tos. But thankfully, Chuan was
