It can be a little intimidating to walk into a group fitness class for the first time, but the instructors, staff and fellow shredders make you feel right at home. Be sure to try multiple classes led by different trainers. They each put their own spin on the Shred format and playlist. Caren L. is full of energy and creativity. She is always giving cues to perfect your form and make the most of every minute. Abby T. is everyone's hype girl! Her joy is contagious and will leave you smiling all day. Esther A. serves up strength moves to get you out of your comfort zone and build muscle. After 250 classes, I can attest no two classes are the same but all will challenge you to improve your mental and physical health. Give Shred 4/15 a try, you will be hooked and celebrating a milestone in no time.

Shred 415 has been a part of my Saturday morning routine for years, and I love starting my weekend with a challenging mix of cardio and strength all finished before 8am! Jenny Rodrick is such a motivating instructor, and I don't know that I have ever had the same class twice. She always mixes things up to work muscles in different ways every week, and her classes are accessible for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Shred415!! It has been completely life changing for my life, health and fitness. I started at Shred in March 2023 after a long period of not working out, Caren hooked me on my first class. She is an incredible trainer/instructor and makes classes fun and entertaining! Shred classes mix strength and cardio. Each class is completely different and targets different parts of the body. The instruction is so helpful because you don’t have to think, just do! All of the instructors are great ! It is such a wonderful community. I’ve met lots of awesome people I now call friends!! If you haven’t been to Shred415 you are definitely missing out! Plus the first class is free!

Caren Leslie is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had the privilege to take a class from! She makes incredibly difficult things entertaining and fun, all while celebrating everyone in the room and the difficult things they accomplish. Not to mention they have CHILDCARE! This mom of three feels seen and I can thank Shred415 for my sanity over the past 4 years. It’s a great place!

Been going to Shred415 for almost 5 years now and still love it. Great atmosphere and people. The staff and Instructors are amazing. Jenny has been so supportive in my fitness endeavors and Esther does not mess around with her strength training. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Shred for 3 years and every time is still filled with inspiration, great trainers, music, energy and friendship! I like how they focus on weights and treadmill only. The flow transitions very well together! Great job Shred ?

Shred is THE BEST!!! The workout is amazing - it combines cardio and strength. And the interval format makes the class fly by. I started working out here in 2020, then took some time off. After I had kids, and I was ready to start working out again, I knew this is exactly where I was going. The instructors and the supportive community here is unmatched. Thank you Shred415!

I joined shred415 after a free class. I chose the 2 week unlimited which is 70 dollars. That in my opinion is totally worth it. You can go as much as you want and have someone to motivate you all while in a positive environment full of support from not only the class leader but the people you take the class with. I always leave sweaty and feeling amazing. I’m so glad I discovered shred415

I found Shred a couple years ago when I tried out a Groupon and I've been a loyal member since! I love the HIIT style classes, combing "deck" (strength) and "tread" (cardio) workout. There's a variety of times on the calendar so I can always find a class which works for my schedule. Most importantly, it's a great community who supports and encourages one other. I recently got married and I accredit Shred 4/15 and the incredible trainers (special shoutout for Esther) for making me feel confident, beautiful and strong on my wedding day! They give options so you can own your workout based on what you need and leave the class feeling accomplished and successful!

I am so grateful to my friend Natalie U for introducing me to shred 5 years ago. I needed a great gym and found what I was looking for in their open house! I remember the first trainer I had John B and he had me hooked till he left and I continued to stay on.
The trainers, community and workout is enough to keep you pumped up for the whole 60 minutes. Take my word as I just hit my 415 classes last month! They celebrate each win along the way!

I love Shred415!!! Everyone who works there is so welcoming and they really create a sense of community. I hadn’t worked out for a long time and really wanted to get back into it. I’m so glad I found Shred! I’m much stronger and have lost inches since starting!
