Used Short North Storage to store my daughter’s stuff for college. The facility is clean and secure . Tim was always accessible and will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

We could not be happier with Short North Storage. We used this storage facility for a few months while we waited for movers to be able to pack and move furniture to us across state lines. They were great! Always checking in with us, easy to communicate with, and we’re wonderful about us being long distance and having family members move things in person.
Highly recommend!

Tim and Christine are so efficient and helpful. They made it so easy to rent a storage unit for our daughter and their customer service is 5 stars for sure!

I had a storage unit for 4 1/2 years at the Short North Storage and would like to share what a good experience it was. Management was always very accessible every time I had a question or needed something. I had a climate controlled unit and found my unit to always be clean and dry. I highly recommend the Short North Storage and would use them again if I need to. I always felt very safe and secure when going to and from my unit. Five stars!

Great facility with easy access off the highway and from surrounding neighborhoods. We’ll gaited and well maintained. Reserving and accessing the storage unit was clear and easy. Tim was very helpful!

The manager was always very helpful and nice. The area is kept very clean, secure, and I never had an issue with billing or access. Pricing is competitive.
I'm almost sad to leave.

I couldn’t be happier using short north storage! The staff is super friendly and always eager to help out with any questions or requests. The storage units are spotless, secure, and easy to get to. Plus, you can't beat the prices - much better than other places around. I had a great experience here and will definitely be back for any future storage needs. Five stars all around! We've been here at Short North storage for about a month now. The entire experience has been wonderful. The facility is clean and they have carts available to help move things in and out. The management has been incredibly helpful throughout. I have rented at other storage facilities in the past and I can say this is by far the best experience I've had. I look forward to many years here. The pricing seems incredibly fair as well.
