“I had a truly phenomenal experience working with this company and specifically with Christian, the owner. I was tasked with organizing a bachelorette party and needed embroidery and engraving services done at the last minute. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to get everything done on time, but Christian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was completed on time and to my exact specifications.Not only was Christian very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, but he was also extremely patient with me as I made changes to the design and layout of the personalized items. He truly took the time to understand my vision and helped me to create beautiful, high-quality products that my friends absolutely loved.The quality of the work itself was exceptional, with every detail meticulously crafted to perfection. From the embroidery on the tote bags to the engraving on the wine glasses, everything was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning. I couldn't have been more pleased with the final results.Overall, I cannot recommend this company and Christian enough for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make my friends bachelorette party a success, and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any embroidery or engraving needs along eith looking into the other services that can be provided.”

“This company is not a distributor or retailer of stock or moving boxes so you cannot get one, two, or ten boxes. They are a manufacturer of custom sized and designed boxes. They don't sell one, two, or ten boxes. They have minimum quantities since they have to make them to order. They are one of the best box designers/manufacturers in Ohio. Please don't confuse them with stores like UPS or Blue Box. If you have a new product and need a great box design, then call Buckeye Boxes.”

“I needed to get some obituary bookmarks printed for my grandfather's memorial this weekend. My grandma is very particular and was very worried that we wouldn't get what she wanted in time. I went to FedEx with a couple versions of the bookmark to get printed to show her. Codi helped me and she was fantastic!! She was quick, thorough and we got exactly what we wanted. My grandma was so thrilled, she said that it was the good news she needed during these trying times. I can't explain enough how happy we all are that Codi took an interest in what we're going through and made me feel like she cares, which is hard to find these days.”
“There are several reasons to use this store for U-Haul. The first is simply the people. They are nice, a quality that goes a long way when you have to move stuff. They have a lot of trucks, so I have been able to get trucks on two different August Saturdays, a busy time. They also have a lot of parking. They have gone out of their way to make my tasks easy (I won't raise expectations by listing favors done, but the folks here are very considerate).”
“Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”
“I went into fax my taxes into my accountant. I’m used to doing it from my home office but I’m on the road right now. Between dealing with staying in a motel and hit with blinding allergies, I just wanted this done for me. There was a young Asian woman behind the counter on this Saturday 3/23/24, and she tried to walk me through it, finally I offered her cash to just do it for me. She did do it for me but would not take my cash. What a lovely, hardworking, respectful person!”

I was very impressed and grateful as she walked me through the process over multiple emails. “Very slow unloading, expect it to be at least a couple of hours. Google GPS works better than truck GPS, and I suggest using both until you get off 270 East then use Google. But expect to be there for at least 2 hrs or greater, and you can't sleep overnight on property. Very nice employees especially check in”
