“This company is not a distributor or retailer of stock or moving boxes so you cannot get one, two, or ten boxes. They are a manufacturer of custom sized and designed boxes. They don't sell one, two, or ten boxes. They have minimum quantities since they have to make them to order. They are one of the best box designers/manufacturers in Ohio. Please don't confuse them with stores like UPS or Blue Box. If you have a new product and need a great box design, then call Buckeye Boxes.”

I was very impressed and grateful as she walked me through the process over multiple emails. Her patience and clear next steps assured me that the 3rd generation, irreplaceable item would be handled with care. The process was seamless with Jessica informing me every step of the way. “I had a truly phenomenal experience working with this company and specifically with Christian, the owner. I was tasked with organizing a bachelorette party and needed embroidery and engraving services done at the last minute. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to get everything done on time, but Christian was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was completed on time and to my exact specifications.Not only was Christian very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, but he was also extremely patient with me as I made changes to the design and layout of the personalized items. He truly took the time to understand my vision and helped me to create beautiful, high-quality products that my friends absolutely loved.The quality of the work itself was exceptional, with every detail meticulously crafted to perfection. From the embroidery on the tote bags to the engraving on the wine glasses, everything was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning. I couldn't have been more pleased with the final results.Overall, I cannot recommend this company and Christian enough for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. “I needed to get some obituary bookmarks printed for my grandfather's memorial this weekend. My grandma is very particular and was very worried that we wouldn't get what she wanted in time. I went to FedEx with a couple versions of the bookmark to get printed to show her. Codi helped me and she was fantastic!! She was quick, thorough and we got exactly what we wanted. My grandma was so thrilled, she said that it was the good news she needed during these trying times. I can't explain enough how happy we all are that Codi took an interest in what we're going through and made me feel like she cares, which is hard to find these days.”
“Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”
“I went into fax my taxes into my accountant. I’m used to doing it from my home office but I’m on the road right now. Between dealing with staying in a motel and hit with blinding allergies, I just wanted this done for me. There was a young Asian woman behind the counter on this Saturday 3/23/24, and she tried to walk me through it, finally I offered her cash to just do it for me. She did do it for me but would not take my cash. What a lovely, hardworking, respectful person!”

Whenever me and my husband go there, he’s very dedicated to his job and trying his best as much as he can!! So yeah the vid a woman post here made me kinda upset… so I had to comment n let you all know, this UPS has great service!:)”
“It's AIT warehouse fast unloading but they can only put 2 trucks at a time tiny place some drivers take time to back in .so if u get there and there's a line it's about 45 minutes per truck also don't believe the broker they open at 0700”

“It is not visible from the street and there is no sign indicating you reached the right place. It is in the Huntington Building, floor -1. Other than that it is in a spacious and clean area.”
“There are several reasons to use this store for U-Haul. The first is simply the people. They are nice, a quality that goes a long way when you have to move stuff. They have a lot of trucks, so I have been able to get trucks on two different August Saturdays, a busy time. They also have a lot of parking. They have gone out of their way to make my tasks easy (I won't raise expectations by listing favors done, but the folks here are very considerate).”

“Charles in printing and services was amazing!!!!!!! I originally called to ask questions because i could not figure out how to do what i wanted in the right size in the online services. Charles answered and said he could help me in person, but they have a new online system that can be tough to work with. I went in and Charles helped me right away, he understood exactly what i needed and got straight to work and had me out of there quickly. “Very slow unloading, expect it to be at least a couple of hours. Google GPS works better than truck GPS, and I suggest using both until you get off 270 East then use Google. But expect to be there for at least 2 hrs or greater, and you can't sleep overnight on property. Very nice employees especially check in”

I have used other companies, and they are fine, and Staples is my go-to for quick and simple printing and binding.The staff is always incredibly helpful and patient, even when they are have liiiinnnees of folks. And the number of times they have taken the time to review my document and call or ask questions just to check if they think there is something I didn't intend (orientation; black and white versus color printing) is beyond awesome. They could always just take the order and leave the consequences of any of my mistakes on me.I appreciate that above and beyond, and want to say thanks!”
“My wife had a return to make via prepaid DHL. There aren't a lot of DHL drop off points, so we didn't have many options when we discovered that the Columbus Square DHL was temporarily closed. I stayed in the car, but the woman at the counter was "a ray of sunshine" according to my wife. It's not often a business transaction makes your day better, but that's what happened.”
