I appreciated the service on my previous shipment of a kiln.I feel like these guys don't like shipping furniture, though.Edit: lowering to 1 star due to apparently no effort made to make my box smaller. I was charged 50 to put things in a box I provided with a label. UPS then charged me 120 more. Never again. Do it yourself or go to a professional place. This isn't one.Reply to the owner: I paid for insurance with the label(which you guys printed), and gave you the box. Why are you concerned about damage or saying "you should use frieght"? It's the responsibility of the shipping company. My client was happy, but I lost about $100 due to this interaction(50 you charged me and then the box not being cut down. And another 25 i paid my son to pad everything carefully). This was 4 herman miller caper chairs taken apart and padded(you provided the peanuts). They are extremely durable and plastic/metal chairs. Only 26" high x 20" X 20" ... but you dont have a box for that?Amazing that I somehow have more packaging supplies in my garage than you have in your store. If I were you, I'd take all the business I could get but whatever.I wont be back but next time someone like me shows up with something like this asking for help, Maybe just tell them to go elsewhere instead of charging extra because you didn't want to deal with it.

Staff is so friendly and helpful! Way better than going to Fedex or the post office!

If I could give them zero I would definitely choose zero. Their employees were very impatient, their attitude was extremely arrogant when I asked questions, and one employee kept pointing at me and said that I didn't pay them, let me go to the payment platform." No matter which platform I operate on, the label of Fedex is printed, so why does it have nothing to do with them? The person in charge of their store also told me arrogantly that I should understand how to use the updated envelope. If I am American maybe I'll be clear on how to use the update, but as an international I think if they would explain how to use the envelope I'd be more than willing to go with them. Hope their attitude improves , instead of acting like I owe him money.

Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.

I use Ship Print Esell to mail all of my personal and company packages and Jason is always helpful and great to work with! We are lucky to have their store located in the heart of Upper Arlington, making it a convenient option. Showed up this morning with a laundry bin full of photos and personal items from a co-workers office to ship. During the busiest time of year I was greeted with a smile, showed options, assisted patiently, and the items were treated and packed with care. I've been to this location before and I will continue to go there in the future

I recently needed to send a large Ming Chinese pottery horse to my sister in California. It was purchased by my parents when they lived in Singapore. I took the item to Ship Print eSell and was extremely pleased with how helpful the new owner was. My fragile family heirloom arrived at my sister's home perfectly packed, and on time through UPS. I would definitely use them again for any packing and/or mail services.
