AMAZING crew at this store! Will only go to this one forever. They were beyond helpful in every way possible! So engaging with me and my little boys! Never seem annoyed of my requests or questions or lack of decision. Vaden was incredibly knowledgeable and so so kind! I can’t imagine having a better experience than I did!

Won't be wasting any of my money there anymore. We found a dark color we liked. We bought a sheen and equipment to paint on their recommendation. The finish came out horribly. You could see every brush stroke, roller pass, individually. I went back and asked what went wrong. They proclaimed that I had chosen the wrong finish and equipment, so of course the finish came out horribly. I asked what we could do to make it right, since the fault was obviously in what they had recommended. The irony appeared to be lost of them, as they declined to refund the paint or exchange it for something that would actually work with the tint, and instead smugly offered to recommend how we could give them more money.
I should add that this rebuff was despite the paint coming with a warranty: " if it fails to perform to your satisfaction... Sherwin Williams will replace an equivalent quantity of product free of charge or refund the original purchase price." A warranty that they refused to honor.
I will not be spending another dime with these incompetent miscreants, and you shouldn't, either.

Long time customer. Extremely satisfied with paint like Cashmere. Not a professional just a homeowner! Sales person was courteous, completed my order as needed and helped me to the car with the heavy items.

I am writing this email to express my deepest disappointment in Sherman-Williams. My name is Shay Abusido and I am the co-owner of Columbus Luxury Remodeling LLC. On Saturday February 3rd of 2024 I sent in one of my contractors to the Sawmill, Ohio location and he purchased $461 of primer and paint. He was given the wrong color and returned to the store to fix this issue. The clerk said it wasn't her fault, that the Sherman-Williams catalog is wrong and she refused to correct the problem. He was told he needed to leave or else the police would be called because he demanded she fix her mistake. The clerk then proceeded to say she felt uncomfortable and since there wasn't a manager on duty she would not do anything. Unbelievable! My contractor left the primer and color inside the store, went out to his car and called me. I proceeded to call the police myself. When the police arrived, the employee continued to blame the machine and said she wasn't authorized to fix the color or refund the product. She admitted to giving the contractor the wrong color but refused to fix the issue. For many years I have been sending my contractors and sub contractors to Sherman-Williams for all our paint needs. My company, my contractors and sub contractors are all extremely disappointed at the way this was handled. There is no excuse for this kind of outrageous treatment of a paying customer. I demand a refund and an explanation! Something must be done to resolve this issue and to make sure it doesn't happening to anyone else. I can be reached at

This location mixes colors wrong all the time. It's happened to me on at least 3 occasions here. I don't know if their computer malfunctions or what, but avoid this location. Stick to the SW on Hospital Drive.
