Everyone is very helpful. I've found their paints and stains last longer than other brands. Especially their deck stains. I've used Mountain Ash Super Deck on my deck for years. Beautiful long lasting stain. The Super Deck products are the best. Prices are comparable and you can usually find a coupon that makes it even better.

Disappointed in the W.Broad/N.Murray Hill location. They had a young man working all day cutting grass and never gave him a break or anything to drink.

Considering I was coming in closer to close and was getting a lot of paint, the sales associate didn't hesitate to help and still had a positive attitude. He also helped carry the paint to my car knowing it was heavy and a lot of paint. Would recommend sherwin williams for the quality of there paint as well as there great customer service!

Everytime I come in the store the manager is always rude. He has no customer service experience what so ever. Go to Grove City because they are always out of paint at this store (if they dont want to deal with you) and send you there anyways. This new manager.. He is just as rude and again said there was no paint but the assistant manager seemed to find some for us. I hate that this store is 2mins away but I have to drive 20 mins to make sure I get what I need when I go in .
