This shell sucks so bad it isn't even funny. Much better taking your business across the street. You have to go to a window by 7pm-8pm if you need anything from the store and when you do the people inside don't even mind you. You can't even get a lottery ticket after 8pm there. How are they still in business i don't know

Went to Northstar Shell at 161 and Sinclair where I have been going since the 1980s. Pumps were not working, no signage, customers trying multiple pumps with no idea what is going on. The lone employee was on an obvious personal phone call and when I asked if she worked there, was told yes but she’s on the phone. I pushed back and she finally said pipes were broken. PUT UP A SIGN!!! Very disappointing. Customer service at this shell has gotten horrible.

Place stinks staff is very unfriendly. They are on cellphones and cannot put them down long enough to give a receipt. I will never go back!

Went to purchase alcohol here with an out of state license. After gas station attendant scanned license told me they don't support out of state licenses. Heard some excuses in my day, that one takes the cake....

It's AAALLLWWWAAAYYYYSSS closed!!!! ?♀️I've never even been able to try it. I only think of the place and try to go maybe once every couple years and figure maybe they'll be open this time.. and then when I get here "waohn waohn" <------(the noise)... (P. S. Why is it hard to try and spell the noise I'm making?)

Very clean and we'll stocked store. Every clerk/cashier seems to be happy to work there. I usually stop there for fuel with my Kroger plus card, every little bit helps especially these days ?

This location is a joke. The cashier couldn't figure out how to scan my loyalty card so I lost out on my 15 cents off per gallon. *UPDATE* 10/05/20 I have unfortunately came here 3 times now trying to use my discount and they have never figured out how to apply my loyalty points. I've never had a problem at any other Shell it's so ridiculous. I'm never coming back here hire people that are up to date with technology please ?♂️

This location is a joke. The cashier couldn't figure out how to scan my loyalty card so I lost out on my 15 cents off per gallon. Now it expires tomorrow and I had to lay full price. Ridiculous. Do you even train your cashier's before they get hired or what?

YOU NEEF TO CLEAN THE REFRIGERATOR WHERE THE ENERGY DRINKS ARE. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I GO AND GRAB 2 CANS AND HAVE LIKE SMALL BLACK PARTICLES AND A MIX OF LIQUIDS ON TOP PROBABLY FROM A CAN THAT BURSTED THE REST OF CANS AROUND LOOK THE SAME WAY.

Stopped here for gas, you cannot redeem your Kroger points at the pump and have to go inside to prepay to redeem fuel points. Since I was using my debit card this is nothing but a total hassle. I left without getting gas, I have had issues at this locations numerous times and I feel like the owner doesn't care about repeat business.

Don't use their car wash! It's seems to work perfectly, takes money just fine but then is magically broken when you go to start the wash after you pay for it. And when I went in to the service to get help the attendant will not do anything about it. They told me they cannot issue a refund, and will not put a sign out front of the car wash to deter others from losing money, so basically this gas station just steals from you.
