The blonde and the old lady who work during the day are stuck up and full of themselves. They pick and choose who to be nice to and when they don't like you they will just stand behind the counter and gossip about everyone and everything and make you wait until they feel like helping you. Not professional at all and they act fake when the manager is around. These type of people shouldn't work with the public. GROW UP and stop putting your miserable attitude on everyone else. You give this store a bad rep. The manager is friendly, helpful and makes going here a good experience. But these two women make you want to avoid this store. It's a shame that two grown women act like highschool snob's.

This location always has friendly staff and very helpful and with a smile.Everything is always being stocked.This location also has fresh coffee in a coffee pot. Not the little coffee grinder machine with the nasty coffee beans like speedway has. So if you're looking for a fresh cup of coffee this is the place to come. And a pastor call out to Brittany such a doll.

0 stars the one older white women is pretty nice but the black women is rude and disrespectful to customers and the white women with black hair on 3rds flirts with all the men instead of taking care of customers and is very rude and aggressive, and the store is very dirty on top of thugs hanging around out front !!

RUDEST employee. Same woman gave me a hard time for using a $50 for gas to then the next day tried to refuse a $20 to pay for my items. Always a nasty tone. Clearly inconvenienced by customers.

11pm, 1/29, Saturday...black girl with braids/glasses, the rudest indiv, for no reason ..cashed lottery winner after she rudely said, what you need??tried to buy more tickets, she refused..clearly upset before I even arrived, if the owners don't read and act, they no better than her, someone going to do something about her, by the way I'm also black so it's not racial, but she is ridiculously nasty and waiting to put customers out of the store for responding back to her, you got cameras, that's what they are for, watch and see for yourself..will follow up with ownership ..SMH

While I would love to give a 5 because to be honest I've been going for a few years now, but this new night shift girl, welllllll......We love all the ladies that work here, but this new one that works 3rd's, she is RUDE, SEEMS BOTHERED BY HAVING TO DO HER JOB and ANYTHING YOU ARE PAYING FOR IS LIKE TRYING TO PULL TEETH ?

I’ve been going to this store years even before it changed to shell.It’s seems year after year this place gets worse. The customer service is trash. I get charged different prices every time I go in, and They charged me taxes on my food stamp card. The store is dirty and dusty. Worse gas station I ever been in!!!!

So i have been coming to this gas station for about 9 years off and on but over the last couple of years i come every single day between 3 to 5 times because I do other shopping for family and recently (a month or so) they have hired a new lady who I guess he used to work there from what I've heard but she is the rudest customer service person I have ever seen I was with my eight year old daughter trying to get something to drink the other day and we were at the coolers and she was trying to figure out what she wanted and this lady came up to me and was asking me to move so she could stock it while my daughter is trying to find something to drink instead of waiting till we were done she has had an attitude with me from the very first day she started not sure what her problem is but that's not what you do when you're in customer service you're supposed to be respectful and nice as for the rest of the staff I absolutely love and adore them they're respectful and nice but I spend about three to $ 300 a week and that store and I don't really want to give someone my money and that is being rude and disrespectful to me and my kids so unfortunately I'm probably going to have to stop going there
