Stayed across the street at hotel for two nights. Each night Shell employees refused to sell our family drinks and chips. Doors were locked and they didn't want to look for the items we wanted to purchase.

Rude staff. Bathroom locked. I ask attendant at the register if it's generally closed, if I need to ask for a key, or for customers only. "It's closed." So is that generally closed, like totally unavailable? "It's closed." Right, I am asking you to clarify what you just said. "It's closed."
I drive past this gas station on the way to work, but will never purchase anything here again.

6:30 p.m. I pull up to the gas station the door was locked she had a attitude problem with the man who was in front of me and an attitude with me as well I was asking question about this particular gas station why the doors are locked so early there was no reason for her to have an attitude with him because he didn't say nothing but also there was no need for her to get an attitude with me because I was just asking a question to the young man who was in front of me I guess it must be one of those days show with a attitude she said it's getting dark out here so I asked her I just want to play the lottery she told me that Lottery is is closed what can I do nothing headed towards my local BP gas station

I always fill up my gas tank at this Shell gas station and use bathroom one day. I was filling up my gas tank and tried to use the bathroom. The lady who works there said out of order but other people are able to use the bathroom I don’t know why she does not allow me to use the bathroom since other people are able to use the bathroom I think because of different color skin ? Or I do not know why. so it was terrible. I do not know her name. She was a white old lady. And she herself use the bathroom I was watching from outside. This is the truth. I have spent thousands of dollars at this gas station to fill up my gas tank so why I am not able to use the bathroom the bathroom is working actually it is not auto order. The owner or the manager of the gas station should take action to her.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I live 2 minutes from this gas station.. stop multiple times a week. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Hands down the most ghetto gas station I’ve ever been to. Employees always cursing, yelling, and acting a fool. Tonight I walked in to grab some beer.. mistook the employee door for a beer cooler.. employees yelled and looked at me like I was 5 years old for the mistake. Told them could at least talk to me like an adult as I made a mistake.. within seconds it escalated to the point they refused me service and the one employee asked me to wait 5 more minutes until she got off in a way she wanted whoever was picking her up to jump me/fight me. I will never spend another dollar in this gas station and I hope you don’t either. ZERO STARS!!!

Lousy customer service from workers. I'm not expecting much as it is a gas station, but being rude to public just isn't cool.
Convenient location the only plus.

A cashier who was on her phone the whole time complaining and cussing about seemingly anything that happened to her and any customer, tried to make fun of a random product I needed to buy? strange experience and very unclassy, rude, and uncomfortable behavior. If you hate your job so much that you need to give any customer who shows up attitude, go get a different job. There is one guy I've seen here and one otheeady cashier who are really nice though.

Please Do Not Go Here. The customer service is trash. The girl working there gave me a little rant because she had to play some numbers and said they don't take cards. So I had to take money then she had to rescan the tickets. Never again.

Got a lottery ticket there spet 60 100 couldn't cash it in because they didn't stay in the book of tickets so I'll be there tomorrow morning
