Had to get refund because they didn’t make my food. People coming in after me getting their food before. Never had this problem before I won’t come to this sheetz again. All I ordered is one Brawt and 3 hotdogs. Really disappointed because I didn’t get a lunch break.

I've ordered Uber eats from this location multiple times and they constantly forget my smoothie! No refund is given, and I just spoke with an associate who didn't apologize, didn't care that this is not the first, second, or third time this has happened.

Food is always cold at night ; can’t blame my dasher anymore. They are shaking old fries in seasoning lol. That’s crazy. 1st time I ordered awesome after that, burger cold fries cold.

JT the hospitality manager was awesome. I accidentally broke the machine and he was the sweetest and could tell he really cares about his job and the interactions he has with customers.

Recommend Sheetz location near me. Sat at the drink station for 10 minutes watching my p e r s o n a l order of a drink melt in front of me. When I sat in the cashier line to actually face an employee, one of the only ones in there with 40+ costumers, and then was told “it was already picked up”. It’s my own order idk so she made it and I felt really bad for the staff so I hops the hire-up’s or atleast some random GA here acknowledges this and needs more staff for so many people or shut down the stations early!! A whole a** birthday party was going on, be so for real Sheetz. My Mac and Cheese was wrong but the guy was really sweet about it and made it fast <3

No one wanted to help me find anything. The prices were super high for just one soda and fountain drinks were either all water or extremely over syrup saturated.

I don't know who is running the night shift in the kitchen but this was my third time getting food and it was just on point perfect place to grab food for someone who lives on a third shift schedule! Keep it up!
