The fuel receipts at the pumps do not work. HAVE TO go IN EVERYDAY and STAND IN LINE and ask for a receipt on the pump.

Ridiculous the lady working was nice but they was slow took them 20 minutes to make me one milkshake ? the service needs to get better and not take forever to make one item it’s ridiculous

the mcelroy brothers have hyped this place up. a cincinnati native, i have never seen one of these mythical “sheetz” establishments, and now i have. we were in a rush to purchase and consume caffeine at a rapid pace, so i did not get to order any food or drink, but they were in fact open at 12 AM!
a little pricey! not sure if that’s just because its extremely convenient being off exit 69 (haha) or because we were in columbus or because its a sheetz or what— but it seemed like a nice, clean place. the AC was kicking too, a nice reprieve from the sweltering summer we’re enduring.

Sometimes I will go to any near me sheets to get food and I always come across nice people. But this time I went into sheetz to just get some smokes and this worker which I think is the Manager said he just need to see my ID so I said okay. So I only had a paper ID to show until my physical ID comes in the mail. So I Come back inside and a customer was already at the register getting smokes as well to. So the worker ask him for a ID. And the customer started complaining why I need to show my ID. So this man literally gave him the smokes with out ID seeing him type his birthday with out one. And seen it with my physical eyes.So I see when It came to me my paper card wasn’t good enough for him and he said sorry I can’t take that it’s by law. And I told him I been to all these stores this week and no one complained about it.He said sorry he couldn’t take that. That sounds like he pick and choice who he want to give it to with out ID. Crazy I just moved to Columbus and he was very sarcastic. And my family and friends know I’m nice to everyone.

Sheetz won't give me a replacement sheetz and are dead set on everyone downloading the app. I don't want your app. I want the card. I don't shop at sheetz anymore.

Cheaper gas prices along with a grill inside to order fast food, great combination!
The tacos are very good and grilled fresh as you wait for your food. Takes a few extra minutes, but it is worth waiting for!

Avoid those sheetz at all costs! The food here is awful. Constantly undercooked, ingredients always missing - even entire menu items forgotten. Check the address when you order with door dash or Uber eats! If it says W broad St - DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered, went to pick up my food at the estimated time which was 16 minutes, reasonable for a cheesesteak, milkshake and two orders of Mac and cheese bites. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged by someone, then had me pull up to the second window where I waited another 15 minutes. Shake was half melted and the bun to my cheese steak was soggy for whatever reason, literally went to eat in the parking lot so it wasn’t like it took forever before I started eating. Horrible customer service and horrible food standards.

Super clean store and even better bathrooms. With quick service and easy enter orders for food, it was super fast to get my order and the staff was super nice and helpful.Edit: I believe it was a week ago that one of the workers Sierra was so nice she went and restocked the donuts knowing I was grabbing a dozen of them and she gave me fresh donuts. I've never had someone at sheets go the extra mile like that. Thanks Sierra your the goat

UPDATE: They have consistently been better since writing this review. Still a little slow occasionally, but it has improved from what I can tell. Very friendly seeming staff.——————————————————I'm not one to write 1-star reviews usually, but this place's service consistently sucks for online ordering. I always wait at least 10 minutes at the drive-thru window before getting greeted. This last time was 15 minutes. I ended up pulling around and walking inside the store and still was not acknowledged until I physically waved down the girl at the food station. My order was sitting in the bag ready to go. This was 25 minutes after the order was placed. Then, I had to let the person know I got a drink with the order too.There's no reason this should happen. Either replace the staff or get a new procedure for how orders/customers are handled with better training. If you are looking for a quick food experience, do not go to this location.
