Last time I will come here. Tess the nail artist was very rude. She had an attitude right at the beginning. I didn't want a pedicure just a regular manicure. They offer several different manicures She didn't even bother to ask which one I wanted. Got upset because I didn't want a gel manicure. She just has a nasty attitude. She really need to be reprimanded for her attitude.

4 tips and a dip mani - 2 days later one of the tips comes off and 4 nails have a peeling top coat. Took 2 days to get in to repair. Next day after the repair one of the peeling nails, which was a tip they drilled to strip the top coat, broke. Obviously cheap products, but not cheap prices. The only reason I didn't give a 1 is some of them were friendly

Shades does a beautiful job. It’s clean and the staff is kind. This is my go to place for manicures and pedicures - A bonus is they cal always fit you in!!

I saw Elizabeth for my pedi and she did a FANTASTIC job!!! I am VERY picky about nail places and have not ever truly settled on a salon (always trying new ones). Not only was this establishment clean, but Elizabeth took her time, and everyone was friendly and joined in on fun conversation. I will absolutely be back to visit this salon!

I had an appointment at Shades nail bar yesterday and it was amazing. Nayana was my tech and she delivered exactly what I wanted. I told her I like a sheer nude/natural look with light gold accent on my ring fingers and the results are even better than what I imagined! She's such a sweetheart and the whole staff seemed really nice. I didn't receive any discount or anything complimentary for this review. I just love to shout out great service! Can't wait to go back for my next appointment!
Update: I got a pedicure today by Nadia and it was great. The shape is exactly what I wanted and my toes look very neat. ?

Just had my first visit here, and I’m definitely coming back! Tess was amazing—super friendly and funny, which made the whole experience awesome. She also takes the time to get to know her customer and perfect her work. The salon is beautiful, but it’s the incredible service that really stood out. Tess not only fixed my nails, which were a mess from my last place, but even recommended a bomb Vietnamese restaurant near where I live. Got a great meal out of it too!
I guess you can say I got a 2-for-1 deal out of my visit. I hope she gets a kick out of the pictures ?

Loved the dip manicure and pedicure I received from Tess. Super detail oriented and makes sure you’re happy every step of the way.
