My wife & I loved the bungee cardio class! The dolphin move is a wild experience. We loved the studio so much we came back later the same day for a soundbath meditation. We left feeling very relaxed & in a great mood. I highly recommend!

The bungee fitness class is 2nd to none! What a workout! Julie is so kind, patient, encouraging and challenged all of us in the class. I've already scheduled again! I also want to mention I am driving 38 mins to go to Seven Studios!

Seven Studios is an incredible fitness studio with small classes that offer an intimate and personalized experience. The end of each class is focused on gratitude and positive thinking, making it not only a great workout but also a great mental boost. I had a free class courtesy of this business and trapeze yoga was on my bucket list so I took my 56 year old self here for an adventure. I was 15 minutes late as I had written 930 on my calendar but it started at 9. My bad. I was welcomed in and given a quick catch up. I practice yoga at another studio so I was sort of prepared. I was by far the oldest student and that's ok. I'm giving a five star rating based on the whole student vibe. The young ladies were happy and had a lot of fun. That's important and to be respected. The class is geared for all levels and enabled all to achieve really pretty poses utilizing the hammock swing trapeze strap set up. We all got pictures to admire of ourselves looking graceful and strong. If I had any suggestions, it would be to turn off the music as the cuing was hard ( for me) to hear. Also, I wished the hammock could've been a little lower as it was a bit high for me to get one leg up into it and stand. My balance is pretty good so I hopped a little to maintain, if I had been totally inexperienced, maybe not so much. Thank you so much for the opportunity to practice, Julie.

I came here because I had a groupon that I used. It was a good class but I was under the impression that it was a yoga class, not a HIIT class. The owner Julie was very kind and focuses a lot on gratitude and giving back which I really loved. I loved that the classes were smaller and more intimate so that you could actually receive direction if needed and that you were not feeling cramped. I just think that there is a lot going on at this studio and the website can be confusing at times. Overall, a great studio and owner and highly recommend for pilates and yoga!

Just finished a Pilates and Pup class with the owner and she is delightful! I got a great workout in 45 minutes and got to pet a dog. So it was a 10/10 experience.

Such a lovely studio in a great location! My husband and I dropped in for the pound class which KICKED MY TAIL!! It was unlike any other class I’ve taken and I was not ready but thoroughly enjoyed it and will come again.

The instructors are very knowledgeable about the practice of yoga. They are very welcoming and personable, and often take requests at the beginning of class. The classes I take are the perfect level and flow for me, and also at very convenient times for my schedule. The type of classes offered are diverse and unique (I do miss Seven Sculpt!). Seven offers a number of community classes each week which helps increase exposure of the practice of yoga to many people. In non-Covid times the studio is a convenient location for me. Class sign up is easy and you can accumulate points toward free classes. The technology is superior to other studios through which I've practiced. The studio also does so much to support local causes which are important in our community.
