We dropped our cx-5 off March 14th and got it back May 9th for a leaking timing cover. The service advisor made no attempts to keep us updated, when we would call they would just say they will get to it that week. They kept our vehicle sitting on the lot for almost 2 months before even touching it.

Excellent service. Check engine light had been on & off for months, but currently off. Before driving long distances for vacations I wanted to make sure all was okay. Service checked and couldn't see anything wrong so didn't charge me. They caught absent turn signal light missed by recent visit at a different shop. Thank you!

Took my CX 5 for its second oil change. My appointment time was at 12:30 pm. Took it in at 11:15am, left my vehicle there and went to Easton. I received a text notification that was it ready at 12:15pm, before my actual appointment time! Needless to say, that’s efficiency and wonderful customer service! Thank you and well done Spencer and Germain Mazda of Easton!

The staff was polite and the guy doing the inspection was clear and knowledgeable. However, the cost for services was astonishing. I wasn’t able to get anything done because even the most basic repair was so overpriced. For example, changing a license plate light bulb was $50)
