There’s a Muslim girl extremely rude ask her about a price she state that sale was yesterday didn’t bother to take down promotion advertisement. Then another girl looked me in my face 12 Times never said a word. Cashier was amazing.

Alyssa, the COA is absolutely horrible. She has no idea the processes or procedures of her store and is the assistant manager. She would not allow a online return and was speaking to me as if I was dumb or stupid, when I kept explaining their are 2 order numbers and you absolutely can do a return. She was so rude to me that my boyfriend stepped in because her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I have never been treated that way by a store assistant manager or ANY employee of a store. I never write reviews. She made me call customer services and said she worked there so she knows I cannot do the exchange in store…. The customer service line said she was absolutely INCORRECT and if she would of listened to me instead of disrespecting me, talking over me and telling me no she would have understood there were 2 orders, one was lost in the mail. She was so honed into the 1 order and thinking she is right, I believe she is pregnant so I feel her hormones were high but to not only be unable to follow simple return procedures and speak that was as a assistant manager is unreal. I will never go back to that store.

RUDEST staff of all the locations in the area. I was trying to shade match my gucci foundation and find the right YSL lip stick but was rushed RIGHT at 6pm. Someone immediately came up to me and said "we are closed". Mind you, I was in there for maybe 15 mins, but was out the door by 6:06. I ended up not getting the YSL bc of the rude staff and only got my foundation. can confirm Polaris would have never been like this. Do better easton

I had a very bad experience. One of the staff was very rude. I was with my 3 year old daughter who was siting in her stroller and I was standing in the billing line. I parked her stroller away near one of the makeup aisle so that her stroller doesn’t block anyone. One of the staff came and just moved my daughter’s stroller without even asking me and told me she is blocking the way for others. The store was not at all crowded at that time. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I just listened as I couldn’t even figure out what she did and why. Poor experience. Please be considerate of moms with kids trying to do some shopping.

Found what we were looking for but everything is stinky. Too strong! People keep spraying perfume and brain cells get mad. I left the store smelling like a stupid girl. I'm a boy by the way.

I came in looking for a new Natasha Denona palette, and was helped swiftly as soon as I mentioned it. I tried buying it and they claimed they couldn’t sell it to me, but suggested that I place an online order to pick up in store, and then I could just get it that way, which I was fine with, thinking that it would go through on their end quickly. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for them to cancel my online order, and when I called to ask why, I was told again that they could not sell it to me.
I would have been fine with it if they had told me right off the bat, but I spent a lot of time there for a palette that they couldn’t sell because they were poorly trained on the store policy. The only reason that this is getting a second star is the first set of people tried to be helpful.

Went to the store to try to make a return from an online purchase in which I use PayPal both of the young ladies at the front desk was rude. The one didn't say hello or flash a smile and frankly seemed annoyed that she was working. She could not find my acct and had another woman assist who told me she cant provide a refund and I must to do a store credit because I used paypal. She didn't ask me if that is what I wanted to do or provide any additional assistance. She should’ve just said that she’s unable to do the refund in the store but contact customer service and they can help with my return.

I don’t recommend coming here if you don’t know what you’re looking for. I was here for 15 minutes and no one greeted me (there were several employees just standing around) A really frustrating experience. I left without purchasing several of the items i was looking for because I couldn’t get the help I needed.

Whichever male Sephora employee who answered the phone today at their store, has a nasty attitude and needs to be trained in customer service. When a customer calls you #1 don't cut them off #2 don't bark at them in a rude tone & #3 you don't hangup without formally saying goodbye. It's common knowledge but not in his eyes obviously. Ulta here I come
