The reason why I picked a 4 out of 5 stars for this Sephora in the mall is because it's good but it is smaller than the Other ones my daughter loves going here but it is still somewhat small and she says that she wants to go to the other bigger Sephoras that's the reason why I rated this a 4 out of five farewell the employees are super nice to my daughter

For the love of all that is good. DO NOT GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE HERE. Dont get me wrong, the girl was sweet. But I look like someone’s grandma. Nothing is blended, my liner wings look like pirate hooks. I walked the mall with my hair covering my face. I feel greasy. My eyeliner is about half a centimeter thick. The eyeshadow is patchy and unblended. The glitter is smeared on. I’m pissed. To put it in perspective, I had my husband call me to bail me out early so maybe I had hopes to save it at home because ITS FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY.

I stopped in with my teen to browse. Had an associate ask if we needed anything, and at that point we were just looking. But she hovered in such a way that it was clear she thought we might shoplift. My kid went to look at sunscreen, and when she was checking a box that was slightly open, a different associate told her that if the tester was empty, they could get one from the back. Did not ask her if she help with anything. The same associate then approached me and asked if I needed help. I said no, but my daughter could probably use assistance with the sunscreen. At that point, my kid was walking over to me. The associate looked at my kid and said, "I think she found some" and walked away. I feel like associates were more concerned with shoplifting than helping customers. My daughter certainly noticed it. I would have maybe spent more $$$ if she had been treated decently. I did buy a few things, but when we got home I noticed we didn't get any samples. Guess I'll go back to shopping online.

I came into the store at Polaris for a perfume, this sounds silly but I have a lot of anxiety and it was busy so I was overwhelmed. I asked the employee at the door for help and she was wonderful! Amanda asked someone to go grab the perfume and she was going to check me out so I didn’t have to go into the busier part of the store. She was really kind and fully went out of her way to make me comfortable. I just wanted to make sure that (hopefully) higher ups see this because she really was so kind and helpful. 10/10!

Store itself wasn't bad at all. A bit overwhelming scent wise but you're going to a fragrance/makeup store. A couple of the employees are rude and arrogant but the counter lady was pleasant. I called up to make sure someone could put hands on a bottle of cologne before I drove 20 mi to the mall. Was basically told that he was too busy and I had to come in and see in person... I went ahead and ordered them online first door pickup and big surprise the one I called to check on was not in stock. I understand busy times around the holidays that does not go above my head however I was coming to purchase said bottle and wanted to make sure it wasn't a wasted trip which halfway turned out to be anyway.

While I typically shop online for skincare products, Sephora is my absolute favorite place for make up, hair care, and other beauty needs. This location in particular has been for years has been my go to over the years. During my college days I shopped for all the sparkles and the amazing staff helped me obtain the perfect cat eye and apply false lashes. They even did a super spooky Halloween look once as a VIB gift. Wish I could find the picture to upload but literally was that long ago. These days my primary focus is finding effective skincare products and getting ready with as little effort as possible and they continue to have me covered! They offer plenty of samples and info about products if you aren't sure, and provide detailed printouts with products you have any questions about. Love how friendly and helpful their staff are and the VIB programs and rewards are such a fantastic benefit!

Abby did a great job to my daughter! As the ballet recital is coming up soon, I wanted to know the best looking makeup for the show. The products /color she chose were perfect! She is very friendly and gave us a good advice. My daughter and I enjoyed the entire makeup session. I feel like I want to try new makeup too! Highly recommended!!!

Star was an amazing help to me finding products to help with my rosacea and makeup that would work with my skin. Every product suggested I purchased? I used them all today and they were perfect for my skin conditions! Thank you Star!
