SemBro recently gutted and remodeled our master bathroom. The design help I received from Kate and management of the pricing and project by Erik were excellent. Their staff worked very hard and did a great job. The work was completed timely and we are very satisfied.

SemBro Designs did a fantastic job with my bathroom!!! Anatoliy was a great designer, and their showroom made the design process easy. The cost was very reasonable, and Anatoliy noted all the expected charges with no surprises once the project was complete. Pavlo F did a great job installing the tiles, and his attention to detail was superb. We are very happy with the outcome and will use them again when a new project surfaces.

SemBro Designs is a group I would recommend to anyone in need of home repair or remodel.
My wife and I wanted significant modifications to a 40 year old house which had been neglected for about 30 years. We'd had a bad experience with one contractor and so we were skittish and slow to trust when we went looking for a second contracting group to do it right.
SemBro was one of three well-reviewed contractors we met with trying to find the right price point. They won out due to their combination of good reviews and price, as well as the charisma of their customer-facing staff (Joe was our primary contact). After a planning period their team got to work.
Joe and Erik (the project manager) really took care of us. Some things were more involved than I expected, some things were easier and more straightforward, but communication was always excellent and SemBro always made sure we were happy we went with them, pairing expert workmanship with expert customer service. We always felt like we were dealing with real people, that there was a human connection beyond the signed contract, that we were seen and not just a business transaction.
We love our house and are extremely glad we went with SemBro. Thanks for everything Erik, thanks for everything Joe, and please pass on our thanks as well to your lead carpenter and dry waller (I am delinquent in leaving this review and I'm embarrassed to have forgotten their names!). Ihor as well! I'm glad every day for the new lights he installed in the dining area.
You guys are fantastic. Keep up the great work!

An amazing company with amazing quality of work!
When we bought our home in 2019, we knew we would want to remodel the small, somewhat dysfunctional, standard 1970s Muirfield kitchen floorplan. We are so proud of the beautiful work that the team at SemBro completed for us this year.
Whenever you do a big remodel, they always say you can have two of the three (time, price, quality), but never all three. With SemBro, I beg to differ. SemBro finished on time (to the day), on budget (with the exception of one of our chosen upgrades), and with custom cabinetry, a giant, gorgeous Cambria island slab (my upgrade!), and solid oak floors. (Time - CHECK. Price - CHECK. Quality - CHECK.)
The team members that were temporarily part of our family during a winter kitchen remodel for 8 weeks were kind, efficient, clean and respectful of our space. Which was important, because we have two full time jobs and two little kids. There was a lot going on! And we stayed in our home during the remodel.
Our PM, Ben, was on top of everything. He was reachable by email or phone days and weekends. He was constantly on the job site, answering questions and ensuring things were moving smoothly. We had one hiccup and reached a stalemate. This was the moment of truth, for me. The next morning, Ben, the GM, and AGM all showed up promptly to discuss the issue and review what needed to be done. Within 5 days, our bar was stripped and rebuilt, at no expense to us. It was clear to us that they wanted this project to be a success as much as we did.
We are so glad that we chose SemBro to remodel our kitchen. The people, quality, price, customer service and guarantee cannot be beat. If you're considering any type of major remodel, you can't go wrong.

We had an excellent experience with our bathroom remodel with Sembro! Roman did our design which is beautiful- my pictures truly don’t do it justice. Diana helped us pick the perfect tiles and pieces. Daniel was our project manager and great to work with. Everyone was super responsive and helpful to us throughout the whole process. The crew was efficient and did stellar work. We will definitely look to Sembro for any future projects!

We are very pleased with Sembro Designs ("SB"). We used this firm for two projects - remodeling of our laundry room and master bathroom. What sold us on SB was the excellent planning and project illustrations to help us view the work prior to the start date - thank you Anatoliy.
Both jobs were well done and very timely. We worked very well with SB's professionals - Anatoliy, Pavlo, Sasha and others. Issues that occurred were quickly reviewed and satisfactorily resolved.
I will certainly consider SB for future projects.

SemBro did a great job with our refresh. Our project manager Benjamin was in regular communication and returned all calls. Everyone involved with the project was professional and helped with any final design decisions. The end result met all expectations and we are very satisfied. I would recommend SemBro to anyone interested in doing some upgrades

Our completed kitchen looks like a high end magazine ad. It is beautiful. The project was completed in a timely manner with quality materials, excellent installation skills and fine finishings all within our budget. We highly recommend Sembro.

I hate to leave a bad review, but felt obligated to let people know about our bad experience for spending almost $100,000 on our kitchen. We've received three bids for remodeling our kitchen. We decided to go with Sembro due to the size of their company, thinking even costing more, we'll get good and professional service, we were WRONG.Our main contact told us things that were not true and now they won't admit it and won't properly fix the problem.Communication was not good. People that came to do the work were asking us so many questions that should have been directed to the project manager.Things were not properly covered, left rest of the house dirty. Holes were drilled and shavings were left all over things in the basement.Painter got paint over railings and other items.many more issues.I would highly suggest having them sign a statement saying that there is nothing that they are doing that they didn't recommend. I hope this would actually incorporate this procedure in their practice going forward. Otherwise, what can you do if they said they didn't recommend it?I can go on and on, I would not recommend them at all. This is based on our experience, we wished we've would have paid more attention to the details of the bad reviews. This was done in June of 2023.

We worked with Joe and the kitchen looks great! We did the kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, and tile backsplash in 2021 and everything is holding up just fine. The process of customization was streamlined and easy. The technicians who came to the house were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sembro for others looking to repair or improve their kitchen area!
