I ordered stickers for a gymnastics banquet. I was assured that I would receive my stickers in plenty of time. I was even told that I didn’t need to add rush order shipping because we had plenty of time. I even babysat the situation and checked in every couple of days to make sure my order would be done and shipped on time. I received my shipping info today that they just put out my order to ship today (Wednesday) at 4pm when they guaranteed me it would be here by Friday! It is now set for delivery THREE days after they promised to have it to me. I asked for my money back because I have absolutely no use for stickers for a banquet three days after the banquet is over! They refuse to give me my money back!

Terrible experience with this company 2 years in a row. They do not deliver when they say they will, and then have concern over sending late. Should have learned my lesson 1st time, but was assured this year and ordered early to have same terrible experience. Never use again!

Was assigned a project for my company in California to get photoboards. I search to find a local vendor and was unable to find one. Decided to utilize SchoolPride. I was impressed very much with the product and how well issues can be resolved. The owner takes responsibility for issues and helps to ensure everything is correct. Would recommend them to anyone.
