I love Savalot they are conveniently close by, prices are good and so are the products. One issue phone no. Listed on Google for James rd location 614-231-6127 and Lockbourne store are disconnected numbers I called the Mock rd location to report it and hopefully get the correct numbers. One out of two was the best they could do SMH! Lockbourne correct phone#614-674-6795 ,why isn't all locations phone #'s listed in the office of each store? Lockbourne manager told the cashier she doesn't know what James RD new phone is with no additional effort to help., NOT HER PROBLEM. She probably didn't know their own numbers and was wondering how i was able to call. They had phone problems and had to change the phone #, for at least these 2 locations. And nobody cared 🙄 😒 to simply update the information on Google. The customer care attitude is absolutely HORRIBLE!! This is basic stuff PEOPLE! When you know make priority to do better 🙏

Only one clerk, .I purchased some yams last month and they turned out to be bad. The reason I say this is because after cooking and tasted them, they were horrible, and I got sick from eating one bite. The phone number that is listed for the store is not in service. So how can you contact them without going back to the store? I am trying to order a case of greens now and there's no current number listed.

No choice in small sizes of products. No longer except the card with benefits without letting customers know. Making situation difficult to meet other obligations.

I give this place a one star rating I asked two different cashiers to apply for a job they both said paper applications but none were printed out both times and the manager doesn’t look like to be bothered about a job or called someone when they applied for a position on indeed as well and when you try calling the store the phone number that says on your receipt the number you dialed is not in service
