They have zero customer service. If you happen to need help or want to ask a question, you are on your own. The few employees around either won't help or are rude . We bought our tires from them which included rotation and balancing. We have been there 3 times, we are still not able to have our tires done. I bought a watch for my spouse and we went back to shorten the chains. After waiting 30 min for the guy at the watch area , we were told that there is no one to do it. We ended up going to another shop and paid $28 to fix the chain. We will not renew our membership . We will Costco across the street and see how is the service there .

This store is unable to accept HSA cards due to customer service lack of knowledge up and including management reaching out to corporate is taking an unnecessary amount of time out of my day

I recently visited the Sam’s Club on 3950 Morse Road Columbus OH to buy the Sam’s Club branded water that we have been buying for years. A lady nearby alerted me that the water is smelling. As someone who has worked in Food industry for two decades, I quickly smelled the water. The water had a fishy smell. I requested for a supervisor but the supervisor downplayed the severity of complaint without further investigation. I am going to be reaching out to the FDA concerning because I don’t think this store or the Sam’s Club provides their employees with basic customer complaints training regarding food safety or quality.

There were no carts in the store, had to get one in the rain drenched parking lot. But, on a positive note, well stocked and clean store with great prices.

Tiffany is worst employee in this Sam’s Club I pay for 43 pum pum toilet paper but there no one’s else to help me to find the my pum pum At the end they trying to send me to pickup department and member service but there no any solution for me at the end I ask for refund very poor management and staff are horrible

Terrible tire center with workers who don’t do anything. Garage is completely empty and the workers are just messing around on their phones
