Had my hair cut colored and styled with Nuha - an extremely kind and sweet lady who did an absolutely amazing job! I went in not sure of what I wanted - length, color, any of it all - but left extremely happy with my transformation thanks to her wise taste and recommendation :) I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair!

i love keisha (loft 22) from this location! this was my very first time at a salon lofts and i was impressed. when you walk in, there is a screen to find your stylist and their loft number, then you just go meet your stylist. each stylist have their own products, equipment, decorations, etc! makes it very personable and comfortable. there's wifi in the salon, and it's kept very clean and chic. keisha took me as a last minute appointment, talked about my hair needs, what to expect, and exactly how i wanted my hair cut. my bayalage was perfect! i have dark asian hair (which is sooo hard to work with) and she was able to lighten and tone it and get it to the color that i wanted. she's super friendly, organized, and knows her stuff! would definitely recommend keisha at the sawmill location!

Showed up at Salon Lofts last night in tears without an appointment. I had just came from Great Clips with the worst haircut I have ever received. I asked Maria "Kim" Sobas if she could fix? She was so helpful! She spent 45 minutes trying to fix my worst haircut ever! She was able to blend in the worst of the cut and was even able to soften the Frankenstein bangs I had the pleasure of receiving from Great Clips. I will definitely be going back to her for my future haircuts as she is so talented!

Went to Lynda Dunaway for a mani-pedi I bought through Groupon. This mani-pedi was so bad, I had to have another one three days later. Even though it was a Groupon, I wasted money as well as my time. When I had my nails redone, the manicurist at Attractive Nails in Upper Arlington was flabbergasted. (see my review of Attractive Nails.) Lynda used a bowl of warm water to soak my feet rather than the whirlpool, and the water got cold very quickly. I had to put my feet on a wet dirty towel when she took them out of the cold water. What was even worse is the way she painted my nails. My appointment was at 4:00, and by the evening, two of my nails were already chipped. The polish was smudged on my toenails, and applied very sloppily on my fingernails as well. We had a charity event that evening, and I was embarrassed to show my hands. I called the owner (manager?) of this Salon Lofts, and he told my there was nothing he could do about it. Thus, I will never visit a Salon Lofts again. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT GET A MANICURE OR PEDICURE FROM LYNDA ( who goes by the name of NyStylz in Salon Lofts) and STAY AWAY FROM THE SALON LOFTS AT 6666 SAWMILL ROAD!!!!
