The staff is helpful and friendly whenever I pop in. I'm not obsessed with Saks but whenever I'm in the area I stop through to browse what's in new, seasonally too. I've gotten spring, summer, autumn and winter apparel and accessories from here. Nice things I love to wear.
There a hit or miss for me, either they got something I have to buy, cannot step out the door without or I'm window shopping at blah stuff. But one things for certain if it's my style, quality, durable, unique, well-made, not over the top, but sophisticated and elegant I'm definitely getting it! So many pretty stuff I've collected over the years that I unfortunately still haven't gotten the opportunity to wear because since post pandemic I've been primarily remote WFH work from home. But I love the feeling of being able to rip the tag off of freshly new garments and being ready in advance for any sudden soireés and events. I saw this quote on social media that I'd like to share, I love it! It said, "Buy the outfit, the occasion will find you." ???☺️? ...That's my motto, I always buy the outfit even if I'm not sure when or where I'm wearing it at all.

I was very surprised by the quality of items in this store, excellent customer service- my items were held for me while I shopped and were neatly bagged. Very impressed! Will be back

Similar to other reviews, their online return is in a shambles. They asked me to return using USPS, and of course the package is lost now. They put very small insurance on the package so the insurance doesn't cover the price of the item. I'm waiting for three months talking every day to their customer service in Asia and no money has been processed yet. They want me to to get tired and forget the big money I spent on the items. It's a shame. This is the lowest customer service quality a company can offer....

I enjoy shopping online and at department store. However, the reason why I am giving them 3 Star rating is due to their return process. If you purchase something at a store out of state and in the state you live you don't have Saks off Fifth close by you can't return the item directly back to Saks off fifth warehouse.

Very clean and well lit! Many selections of clothing for men & women! Shoes -jewelry and glasses! Helpful staff and lots of things to purchase no where else on the area. Close to more shopping and dining! Costco is across the parking lot!
